Voyage Sorgun Hotel

We stayed at Voyage Sorgun in April 2025 and really enjoyed our time there. The service was excellent, and communication with the staff was smooth thanks to the WhatsApp chat. Special thanks to Begimay, Sherbet, and Orchan for their quick and helpful responses—for example, booking restaurants for us or bringing extra bathrobes. The hotel offers great food available around the clock, lots swimming pools (one of which is adults-only, 16+), and plenty of sunbeds. You can even order cocktails directly from your sunbed using a QR code, which is super convenient. The only downside was the indoor pool in the spa area. Since it was too cold to swim outside in April, many guests used the indoor pool, including children who were jumping in, even though signs clearly said it wasn’t allowed. Some guests also brought glass cups into the pool area, and we even saw one get broken, which could have been dangerous. I hope the hotel staff becomes more attentive to these situations in the future.

This was my second visit to the beautiful voyage sorgun, this time staying in December. I did not know what to expect during the winter concept to be honest. I needed not worry as the level of service is amazing as usual. The staff are always so kind, smiling and willing to serve and help. Our personal assistants Denizcan and cagla were great, they always helped so quickly with anything required. Bar staff, cleaners, waiters work so hard and make sure that you want for nothing. We truly felt spoiled and looked after. We felt wanted there, and not an inconvenience like in many hotels. The hotel is very clean, beds comfy, beautiful grounds and scenery. The food and drinks are top quality, lovely cocktails, and to die for patisserie and home made chocolates. Buffet food so much choice and very tasty. Steak restaurant. WOW! There was entertainment each night at 9pm in either the lobby, or vista bar. The games room with air hockey, computer games , bowling and pool was fun and completely free. There is tennis and table tennis also. I could go on and on, but I won't! I definitely recommend you try a winter break there and see for yourself. I definitely will be returning for a wintery heaven! Thank you voyage staff, you are a real joy and make the hotel special.

The best hotel I've ever seen. Polite, kind, clever, diligent, big hearted staff. Always ready to help. Food; always generous, always delicious, there is -everytime- an option to eat something. This hotel is only the option for us, from now on.

Voyage Sorgun works superbly well for families. Everything about the hotel is efficient, clean and well run. Unlike many other resorts in Greece, Spain, Cyprus etc, this resort has more than enough staff to cope even when the hotel is full like it was when we went at Easter. You have a WhatsApp service with 3 assistants who can help you with anything 24/7 - we found this worked really well. The restaurants are all fantastic without exception - food is absolutely top quality in all, and the free (inclusive) wine very drinkable. The choice available in the main buffet restaurant is just enormous. The piers are a great place to chill - can get windy but still pleasant. The QR code system for ordering drinks to your sun lounger works perfectly - drinks take minutes to arrive. The pools aren’t heated, so we’re a little cold in April. Kids club is excellent - we left our 8 year old several times with no worries. They are especially keen on sports and organise football matches once a day, through which my son made a number of friends. Unlike many resorts, I would say a garden room might actually be preferable at this resort as the garden rooms are secluded and hidden away from the noise of the main hotel. Depends what you want, but nowhere is more than a 5 minute walk throughout the resort so don’t worry that you’ll be miles away if you choose the cheaper room. We actually enjoyed the peacefulness and tranquility of the garden room - the grounds and trees are immaculately maintained and it is a very pleasant place to be. The rooms are all clean, well stocked and are cleaned twice a day by the delightful service staff. A visit to Side is recommended, as is a trip on Saturdays to Manavgat market (it’s huge). Overall the resort has a chilled out, family vibe. It isn’t a party place and there isn’t loads of loud music or drunk people. We found it was perfect for parents with young kids and would highly recommend.

Cannot fault it. I’m lying on my sunbed on day 6 and I cannot think of a single bad thing to say. Branded drinks served in a glass (no plastic!) served at anytime, and via a QR code on your sunbed, so you don’t even have to stand up and queue at a bar was luxurious. We were never unable to get a good sunbed. Small touches like your room being cleaned twice a day to a Personal Assistant assigned to you at check-in made everything feel very special and above and beyond any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were all friendly and professional. The entertainment was top class. Food was always tasty (I don’t think I left anything on my plate the whole week) and available 24/7. I honestly don’t think I could improve on this hotel. We will definitely be back!
