otele geldiğimizde odamızda yerde kum vardı. 2 dakikada her şeyi düzelttik, odayı temizledik.Her gün duş jeli, saç kremi, şampuan verildi, oda güzelce temizlendi.Yastıklar ve yatak örtüleri kirli çarşaflar, tüm yol boyunca yıkamazlar, bu yüzden biraz tatsızdı.Plaj havluları da çok eski ve kirliydi. Otelde yemekler güzel, tavuk var, balık var ama et çeşitleri servis edilmedi.Akşamları bir sürü sarhoş insan vardı. Yüksek sesle konuşuyorlardı. Bir kadeh şarap için balkonda sessizce oturmak istedik. Ama odamiza icki taşımamıza izin verilmedi.rezervasyon personeli çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdir ve herhangi bir konuda size yardımcı olacaktır.Sahilde gözleme var. çok hoş bir kadın. lezzetli yemekler yapar. Plajda alkollü ve alkolsüz içecekler de bulunmaktadır. Her zaman yeterli yer, bol miktarda şezlong vardır. deniz temiz. ama hemen derin. alt kısım taş ve kumdur. okaliptüs ağaçlarının olduğu parkın içinden sahile 5 dakika yürüyün.İlginç eğlence programı animatörleri su topu var, akşam eğlencesi var, çocuk diskosu var.

Took 2 autistic children away 10 days. Hotel was nice , food was good both children could eat. Chicken, rice, pasta was served each night amounts other different foods. Entertainment was a bit loud for my children by the pool. Libby was really cool and so were rooms! Staff were pleasant. Everywhere was clean. Not as accommodating for children as some I have been too in turkey. Lifeguards were very good with disabled people and on the ball all the time. For me id want more staff to speak English. More service around the pool, no loud greeting as you entered dining room, more service at breakfast and someone serving drinks when eating. please remember Roblox is banned for under 18 years here so make sure settings are changed!!!!!

Arrived yesterday and didn’t want to judge the late night meal, but was VERY concerned by the fact that they let everyone touch the food items for the next day with their bare hands. Arrived to a beautiful room, but broken (still broken) shower and a safe that doesn’t work (resolved the following day/today). Can down to breakfast and the food is LIMITED. Very very little to choose from, and no fresh cooking/food. It’s either cereal, bread, salad, fried eggs or random bits and bobs that don’t provide sufficient info on allergens… which resulted in an immediate reaction. Juice is overly sweet and is nothing short of a health risk. CATS everywhere. Allowed to roam in the dining hall and climb on seats and tables whilst you eat. Now I know people love cats, but I’m allergic. Raised with reception, who apologised and said it wouldn’t happen again… Most food outlets are shut, no idea why and no communication. Food is stale and tasteless. Lunch had the most variety so far but isn’t hard to beat what was available for breakfast. There are 2 slides with 1 life guard who sits at the bottom, no one at the top to ensure child safety. Lifeguard cannot see the whole pool from their positioning due to the L shape of the pool. Volleyball took over the pool and prevented the kids from using the slides, and the remainder of the pool due to how aggressive they were. They did serve Ice cream from 3pm but 1 person serving and took 15/20mins in the line but not really an issue. Came upstairs to get ready for dinner and saw the lovely cleaning team who said they don’t work Sundays, so rooms will not be cleaned. Went down for dinner… variety is not a thing here, and hot plates must not work as the food is cold on every hot station. They serve pizza, nuggets, chips, salad and random unmarked pieces of meat. To put it into perspective, the bread section is bigger than the food section. Seated, not drinks service available, you have to go and get your drinks from OUTSIDE and bring them to your table. Greeted once again by 2 stray cats, who were eating left overs. Workers walked straight past, acknowledged them and kept going. Cats walked up to our table, where myself and my kids were sat and had to shoo it away. Raised with reception who said they’ll address it on Monday (today is Saturday). The rooms (other than the broken shower) is really nice and spacious but doesn’t make up for all of their other shortcomings.
