Отель расположен в 15 мин ходьбы от пляжа, ходит автобус. Кормят вкусно. Закрытый бассейн, сауна, хамам работают с 8 до 18. Вокруг много магазинчиков. 95% гостей из Германии, в основном старшего возраста. Море в ноябре уже холодное, загорать можно.

We went just out of season by a day but this meant there was no snack bars open or water slides working ( we knew the slides might be off). Not all inclusive at all as you couldn't get food whenever you wanted or even just a toastie, crisps anything to nibble. We were greeted and escorted to our room swiftly. We weren't given any information regarding times of meals, or even where the dining hall was. We managed to find our own way round. The best part of our holiday we're the bar staff who were very kind & helpful, I give them 10/10. The food wasn't great either, the same foods for lunch & dinner every day, by the end of the week I was bored of eating. Most of the translations made no sense so it was a guess as to what food it was. The room we had was pretty all for 5 of us but cleaned daily. If you can speak German this is the place for you but as we didn't we didn't fit in and felt very isolated, its not a place we will be staying again.

Hotel Review: 1 Star I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The hospitality was lacking; we were first placed in a musty basement room, which was unacceptable for our family with two small children. The receptionist asked for additional payment to switch rooms, despite my prior booking through an agency. When I tried to pay with a credit card for an upgrade, they insisted on cash instead, forcing me to withdraw cash just to avoid staying in a damp room. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the alcoholic drinks have very little alcohol content. I do not recommend this hotel.

WOW!! Where to start? Choose this hotel!! Everyone spoke English, and everyone was kind and friendly. If you're a Brit in Antalya, this is difficult to come by as guests are mainly German. I find the German tourists warm and friendly too, but I know some British people don't feel the same, and the standard of English is great. We had trouble with our reservation and the hotel staff were so kind and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and even though the booking agent was obstinate and difficult the manager and hotel reception were amazing!! I cannot stress this enough. I travelled with my cousin who had a disability and nothing was too much trouble. The food here is phenomenal. Way beyond normal All inclusive and if you have a sweet tooth, you will love the selection of REAL cakes and deserts. Such a large selection of food, and lots of fresh fruit which I loved. Cakes, Snacks, ice-creams and Churros in the afternoon. A very reasonably priced cocktail from the vitamin bar 4 euro) made withy fresh fruit and the booze is typical. Very close to 7 event Hall, bars and other entertainment venues. Bill Cosby Bar is worthy a visit (despite the unfortunate name). Next to shops with local shuttle services running frequently up the strip. A short walk to the beach and a taxi journey into the port. 1hr transfer from the Airport and a great and efficient airport on top! Entertainment staff are friendly with tours to the discos for more adventures after the hotel entertainment ended. Rooms differ - the main building was a little dated, still perfectly nice - and the additional building had larger, nicer rooms. Lots of sunbeams - just get out before 9am, and watch the sun to avoid getting caught in the shade! Be careful not toe get a standard economy room, this was awful but they upgraded us quickly for a small fee. The Thai ladies in the spa were FANTASTIC - sometimes the male masseurs can be a little forward, but this service was affordable and top-notch. I had my eyelashes infilled in the hairdressers and they were amazing, better than home! If you want a tattoo - no problem, so many tattoo places. Turkey love cats and dogs, expect them everywhere, they are part of the furniture. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the air con was poor in the main building, but great in the new. The lifts drive me crazy stopping at every floor, but you could just walk up the stairs! the pools are smaller than some of the pools I've experienced, but they were still very nice. The Turkish music after entertainment is my favourite and the shows were typical of all inclusive. Children were catered for with mini clubs and discos and the slides are particularly good here. This is a good hotel, the foyer is lovely, with lots of little areas to sit, but the staff make it great! Next to Well Palace - and in my opinion way better!

Poor hotel, most of the staff really not friendly. Indoor pool closed in the summer. Food is basic, We really have seen much better then this. Also hygiene not so high, we had to clean the baby seat every day our self, also got sick at the end of the holiday (due to hygiene for sure). Beach is nice, but not enough sun beds. Also their beach area is full of cigarette butts (it doesn't get cleaned). Lot's of people smoking that is guests and staff, really bad during the mini disco for kids even at the side of the kids pool it is a constant smell of smoking people. We wouldn't come back here again.
