Really lovely hotel so clean spotless, food excellent, staff lovely and helpful been coming to turkey for over 25 years definitely one of the best thinking about coming back next year

I can't believe people writing bad reviews about this hotel. We have been here for one week and are leaving today. From start to finish i can't find a bad thing to say about this hotel from checking in to service in the bars and restaurants the staff have been excellent. Honestly can't find anything the hotel is spotless and the room maids go out of their way to make sure your room is up to standard. Definitely value for money.

This is truly a beautiful hotel in every way. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I stayed here for a week, and everything was truly excellent. The food is really good, and there's a wide selection of all kinds. The staff is really pleasant, and the guest relations department is very well organized. The hotel is really well located, just a few kilometers from Side and Manavgat. I highly recommend this hotel.

What a lovely clean hotel this is! When we arrived I niticed immediately the cleanliness of the Lobby area. Our room was in the small side but had plenty of wardrobe space and shelves. We had a view over the pool area (room 1214). Our impression of the hotel was that it was clean in all areas, rooms were cleaned daily with regular bedding and towel changes, lovely smooth pathways around the pool area were suitable for wheelchair access, good food, lovely salads and good selection of fruit. Lots of Turkish casserole types of food but with roast chicken, roast beef etc fish of various kinds every day. The staff were lovely and friendly. The lady who cleaned our room was lovely and well deserved her tips. Guest relations were very helpful and were there into the evenings to deal with any issues.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a couple and was immediately impressed by how clean and modern it was. Every area, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless. However, while the facilities and presentation were excellent, the experience was let down by a few key issues. The selection of drinks was quite limited, and it was disappointing that there weren’t more premium alcohol options available, especially for a hotel of this standard. We had booked through EasyJet and were meant to have Premium+ all inclusive. There was no plus to this that has been any different from other all inclusive we have had and the drinks were local and not that impressive. The buffet food was another area that could use improvement. Unfortunately, many of the dishes were served cold (that were meant to be hot) and there were no labels or names on the items (especially the cakes), so it was often unclear what you were choosing. We felt we were missing out on a lot of the food as we didn't want to take things we know we would not like as this is just waste. We went to the hotel in October and one point to note was that the pool area is in the shade by 2pm. The beach area is an excellent alternative for the afternoon but if you have kids this is something to think of. The hotel has a gym that is very good for a hotel. One point to note is the amount of people that stare at you when using it, which can be quite off putting. Privacy coatings would be a good addition to the windows and the aircon in the gym should be controlled in the gym and not by the hotel as it gets very hot. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable - but the food and drink offerings didn’t quite match the high standard set by the rest of the stay. With a few improvements to the buffet and drinks options, this could easily be a high quality 4star star hotel if a few tweaks were made.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was fantastic, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.
