Dear trevelers, I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of service during my recent holiday to ‘Berry Hotel’. Upon arrival at the hotel, I encountered an unprofessional interaction with the manager, which created a tense atmosphere. Despite this, I tried to focus on enjoying my vacation. However, several issues arose: 1. Lost Footwear: I misplaced my shoes at the private beach in front on the bar, an area monitored by security cameras. Despite my efforts, I was unable to retrieve them.The hotel staff redirected me repeatedly (as I figured to pass the time). Eventually, I was shown video footage where my shoes were visible clearly, but the manager denied their presence and refused to investigate further. 2. Transfer Service: The hotel transfer service was also problematic. The driver was significantly late, which nearly caused me to miss our flight. Furthermore, the driver spoke only Turkish and was unfamiliar with basic translation tools even Google Translate, meanwhile agreed transfer amount was changed on the day of departure. These issues adding unnecessary stress to my travel experience. Hopefully other guests will not have a such disappointing experience.
