Hotel Marina Piccola

Had three very pleasant nights at this hotel early April 2025! We got a newly renovated room with a seaview, it was so delicate, with a modern bathroom (even with a view up the narrow main street in Manarola, if you opened the window). And a large carefully designed bedroom. The hosts were so helpful in providing all needed information about the area, both before we arrived, and during our stay, we realkyappreciated it! Nice breakfast was provided and enjoyed at the common longtable. Would love to come back some day!

Jessica and Alberto, first are superbe host ! Kind, thoughfull, more than helpful, passionated about what they do and their destination! We have been coming here for the last 15 years, over and over,… you cannot dream of a better location to be in Cinque Terre. Early swim with nobody else, best sunset from your room, nice restaurants around, Manarola remains our preferred village, the most authentic… Even in the middle of the highest season this is a retreat, We love Marina Piccola, thank you again for your hospitality, we would prefer to keep it as a treasure for ourself, but we are proud to share with other Hedonist ! We stayed two nights in March - comfortable inn with modern room and full breakfast. The couple that runs the hotel were very helpful in every way and made everything about our stay fun and easy - we would stay at the Hotel if we visit Cinque Terre again.

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for three nights in the offseason. We all agreed that Manarola was the best location to use when visiting the CT. It wasn't overly touristy but was large enough to give us options for food and getting to the other towns. We booked a junior suite, room #9. The hotel has a total of nine rooms and it is run by a couple who are incredibly helpful. The room was perfect for us. We had a king (double) bed for my wife and I, and a large sofa bed for our daughter. There is no elevator, which the hotel makes very clear when booking. We had 63 steps up to our bedroom. Each morning, there is a nice breakfast with cold cuts, cereals, yogurt, toast, cheeses and fruit. Eggs and pancakes can be ordered as well. The room was nice and had a balcony with a view of the street below and a partially obstructed view of the water. The bathroom had a single sink and a nice shower. They provide shower gel so bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you will need it. There is a coffee machine and plenty of outlets. There was a small refrigerator and a safe that can be used to lock up valuables. We loved this hotel. Most of the others that we looked at in the CT would have required a longer walk outside of the towns; this one was right in the heart of Manarola. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Manarola.

Stayed here three nights. Splashed out and booked a suite for 4 with a balcony and sea view. Hotel was excellent and hosts couldn’t have done more to help. No lift but the owner gave us a help up with luggage. Comfy bed and view across the bay was excellent. Breakfast was fairly standard continental type with fruit salad, fruit, yoghurt, cold meat and cheese and bread. Options for pancakes or scrambled eggs. Thank you for a lovely few days. Would definitely stay again

This is a wonderful spot and the hosts are fabulous! Alberto and his wife are lovely, such gracious hosts! Breakfast is perfect. This hotel is right downtown I the heart of the city and just a few steps from the ocean and a swim. I highly recommend!
