المميزات الموقع قريب من اغلب المول سيتي سنتر، افنيوز و غيرها يوجد مسابح مناسبه للاطفال و كذلك غرف الألعاب للاطفال مع تلوين و بلاستيشن. يوجد نادي صحي كذلك Spa العيوب السعر مرتفع يوجد بعض الازعاج من السيارات
