The experience was great but the last 2 Days were really hectic as the planning in regards with power back up was not upto the mark. I understand that its a place where weather conditions cannot be predicted but having sufficient power back up and a 2nd source of water is must. The night before the C/O and The day of check out there was no water in the Hotel/ Hostel which lead to facing a lot of difficulty.
The food is great vibe is awesome as it should be facilities are almost available. The staff is helpful to some point their contacts are of great help.
Cleaning part it felt that the bed sheets and pillow covers are not replaced its just dusted and used again.

The place is too good. I loved every bit of it. Baldev ji is a superstar. From food to our needs he took care of everything. Missed pluto. Hope to see him next time

We a group of 6 friends from Lucknow stayed here and the hotel was at a very good location in old manali and was well maintained and clean. They also had a cafe at the rooftop with amazing taste and view. One must check it out while traveling with friends.

Overall location, room facilities and staff are good. However, i found the bedsheets n blankets were dirty. They changed it after i told them. I stayed for 3 days and they didn't do any room cleaning in between. I should have done 3 single bookings then. Loll the pathway from main road till the hostel is rough, inclined and there is no light. I had a luggage and walking down was little tricky. There is no lift and again i had to carry the luggage all the way to the top floor and bring it down. Hostel owner can keep a helper for these facilities and can charge a little extra. Food was good and the experience of having the food at roof top with mountain view is just wow. For a low budget, this hostel is ok to stay and enjoy at live music cafes in late at night.

The experience was horrible, you should not visit it with family. Cigarette and hookah smell was filled inside the rooms and washrooms. Terrible staff which is least concerned about your issues.
