During our recent stay, we encountered numerous issues that made us seriously question how this property earned a 5-star rating. Based on our experience, it felt more like a 3-star hotel at best. While the staff was courteous and accommodating, many essential aspects of a luxury stay were severely lacking. **Positives:** The staff was polite, attentive, and eager to help. The General Manager personally greeted guests, and the team’s friendliness seemed to be the primary reason the hotel manages to maintain its current business. **Areas for Improvement:** 1. Limited Kitchen Service: The hotel’s kitchen closes at 11 PM, which is highly unusual for a 5-star property. Even during peak season, the latest the kitchen reportedly stays open is 1 AM. A limited late-night menu should be standard to accommodate guests arriving late or in need of a snack after hours. 2. Noise Disturbance: On our second night, we were disturbed by loud music, shouting, and inappropriate language coming from nearby rooms well past midnight. As we were traveling with a young child, this was particularly concerning. Our first call to room service went unanswered, and although a subsequent call was acknowledged with a promise to resolve the issue, no action was taken. Multiple follow-up calls also went unanswered, leaving us frustrated and sleep-deprived. 3. Non-Functional Amenities: - Television: Upon arrival, the TV didn’t work because the set-top box hadn’t been recharged. We had to call the reception, and after some delay, a staff member replaced it. While this was eventually resolved, such oversights are unacceptable at a 5-star property. - Kettle: The in-room kettle was non-functional and appeared to be there purely for show. This was inconvenient, especially given the lack of late-night room service. 4. Poor Wi-Fi Connectivity: The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, disconnecting frequently. In today’s connected world, this is a critical issue. Fortunately, our mobile data coverage was strong, which helped us stay connected. 5. Food Quality: While food preferences are subjective, we found the taste and quality of the food to be subpar, particularly for a hotel claiming a 5-star rating. We have had better dining experiences at well-rated 3-star hotels. 6. Hot Water Issues: This was the most persistent and frustrating problem we faced. Upon check-in, there was hot water in the bathroom, but by the next morning, it was barely lukewarm. We reported the issue, and the front desk assured us it would be fixed. The following morning, the same issue occurred. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we received another assurance that hot water would be available, but the problem persisted. By the third morning, after multiple complaints and delays, we had no choice but to check out without taking showers. Shockingly, we overheard staff discussing similar complaints from other rooms, indicating a widespread issue that should have been urgently addres

Room was very small, central AC eas not put on. Didnt had hot water coming in at 6am in the morning. All together even while paying approx 8k per night, experience was not at all good

Horrible stay, but good restaurant. First of all, when we checked in at 3am, rooms were dirty with dirty sheets (pictures attached). We wanted to leave the next day and the manager offered us an upgrade and convinced us to stay, he said we only need to pay for the additional taxes which we agreed. On Checkout, we were expected to pay the upgrade difference (in the name of taxes) which was day light robbery. Even though the difference in taxes was about 200 per night on all the sites where the fares were visible, the front office person Mohit (who has no skill or understanding of numbers and accounts) keeps insisting us to pay the demanded amounts with senseless arguments. He forgets he is the service industry and harassed us till no end! Only positive was the restaurant. Food was Excellent. Dont go on the ratings! The hotel is poor and under a new management which maybe better managing a laundry than a hotel.

Stayed with family for three nights in two deluxe rooms and had a great experience. Close to Manali proper, good amenities, good food, great staff and excellent value for money. The hotel manager, Anil Bhatt, was always on the floor supervising the staff and assisting guests. We booked through a travel agent, who was dodgy, but Mr Bhatt and the staff looked after us. Highly recommended!

Good food and hospitality. Staff behavior was excellent. Location was excellent. Rooms was spacious. Child enjoy a lot. Ambiance was excellent. Specially live music with dinner. Garden area was good. . Mall road was nearby only. All was goods and peaceful

The hotel property has been maintained very well, it was very clean and hygienic. Hospitality was too good. The restaurant team was very active and service was quick. The food was tasty. All together we enjoyed our stay there. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Manali.
