First and most importantly they do not know how to manage crowd. Owner is so arrogant and so her employees. She can not serve Tea at 5 PM as she is offering lunch for now. Also she is such good liar where she said she is not serving food downstairs however I was sitting downstairs with other people where his guy came to clean the table for us and asked for the order.but after sometime she sent a waiter to ask us to come up and when I ask for tea, she said she can not serve us and indirectly we have been asked to leave where she said you can see that we are not serving downstairs. I have not seen such negative attitude from a owner where she does not know how to speak to their guest where in India, We treat our guest like a god and we never let them leave at any cost. Hope one day she will realize and will get the lesson from God or some one. Thanks
