The bed sheets are not clean and the proper room size is showing at the time of the booking room not to the matches as given

Hotel location was best, but hotel room was pathetic, foul smells &no proper room service available.

The stay was decent but no room cleaning staff as such. Geyser not working so no hot water available. Hotel is not bad but an average one.

Not good, washroom very poor, not recommended, we book family room but they give very small room, i don't want again book, very bad experience

Location and food service was fine but room and washroom was not clean. Bedsheets and pillow cover were dirty.

We had booked for 2 days initially but we had to book for one day more. Rooms are sufficient for a 3 guests, staff is so polite, cooperative and especially room boy dheeraj, he is so damn good in serving guests with respect. Abhishek and the manager they are so good as they have treated us like a family and helped us in all we need. We will definitely book again it’s on the mall road in front of durga mata mandir we just have to step down for shopping and to visit spots other facilities like cab and autos are also easily available
