Club Cala Domingos

After booking it, I then went on to reading the reviews and started to panic, I shouldn't have done... we were 2 adults and 2 children and our dogs, we all had the most amazing time ever, in the apartment everything worked perfectly, t.v air conditioning, etc.. Kitchen was perfectly equipped, microwave, kettle, toaster...... Staff all very friendly and helpful. The pool area fantastic and clean, calm and tranquil atmosphere, absolutely perfect. The only negative is the road/ track going to it, it is in a very poor state indeed. Also I would advise taking or hiring a car as the restaurants, shops although not really far away, just hilly if you're not into trekking up and down hills!! I would recommend these apartments and we would definitely go again. The near by beach /cala is beautiful also!

Overall good location near a couple of very nice beaches reachable on foot. Until the last day, the reception personnel was pleasant. The rooms are acceptable but not very clean (the air conditioning filters had probably 1 cm of dust on them) and not well maintained. Our room had a couple of lights not working and it was not very bright. The kitchen is a bit small and not so comfortable to move around. The photos on booking are misleading (for example, the shower in our room had a curtain instead of a glass panel). No wifi in the room. Unfortunately and most importantly, on the last morning, right before the checkout, while we were on the nearby beach for a last swim, someone (most likely someone from the cleaning staff, since there was no sign of forced entry) entered our flat and stole two sets of wireless earbuds and a gopro from our bags already packed for our departure. The hotel personnel was not helpful at all and when we contacted them after noticing the items missing from our bags (when we parked our car at the airport) and their answer was just "you should have noticed before checkout" (like if I was supposed to go through all my stuff already packed before leaving) and implying that we both somehow lost somewhere two sets of earbuds from two different backpacks and a gopro. After their first reply (which was one day after I first contacted them about the theft) they stopped replying. Completely unacceptable, do yourself a favor and don't take any chances with this hotel. There's plenty of other places nearby where hopefully the cleaning crew doesn't steal your stuff. Go somewhere else. Also, if you decide to risk it, be aware that there is a late check-in fee of 20 EUR if you arrive after 8pm, which is not exactly advertised when you book your stay.

A nosotros nos encantó,estaba todo limpio,dormimos muy a gusto,pedimos que nadie entrará a limpiar porque llevamos nuestro gato,y alrededor hay jardines de paseo muy bonitos y playas están super cerca,estaríamos encantados de repetir y tiene su pequeña cocina porsi necesitas hacerte algo ,y además la piscina está muy bien

Mare bellissimo struttura abbastanza bella, servizio scadente la camera mai pulita bene ...i servizi igienici sempre intasato... Cibo abbondante ma non di qualità.... Noi avevamo prenotato 3camere , siamo tutti rimasti delusi Non ci tornerei più unico punto favorevole il servizio medico siamo stati tutti male ed il medico ci ha curato con zelo .

Nous avons passé un séjour globalement correct dans cet appartement, mais quelques points sont à revoir. À notre arrivée, la propreté n'était pas optimale et le matériel pour faire le ménage était insuffisant (seulement un balai). La vaisselle était réduite au strict minimum, et la literie, bien qu'acceptable au début, a provoqué des douleurs dorsales après quelques jours en raison de sa qualité médiocre. La climatisation était trop petite pour l’appartement, et l’eau désagréable. Côté positif, le personnel était accueillant et arrangeant, la résidence calme et l’emplacement très appréciable. Appartement spacieux et terrasse bien orientée

No volveremos a repetir en este lugar lo tenemos súper claro. Lo que iniciábamos como una aventura de amigos, se convirtió en un regreso a los años de Cuéntame, con la estancia en un lugar que terminó siendo bastante caótico. Primeramente, la localización de los apartamentos estan muy mal ubicadas, lejos de lugares para visitar, en la nada, y a todo eso le añadimos el pésimo estado de sus carreteras y calles de la zona y, si llegas de noche súmale la inexistencia en la iluminación del alumbrado de las calles. Una vez llegas, como llegas pasadas las 20h, (normal si tenemos en cuenta que el Ferri llega a esa misma hora y tienes hora y media de trayecto hasta el apartamento) recepción te solicita desembolsar 20€ extras a parte de lo que pagas por la estancia y de cobrarte 50€ como reserva (estos si reemborsables) por llegar fuera de horario de recepción (eso si de este hecho te informan 24 horas antes de tu partida en el cual si estás en desacuerdo ya no puedo anular la reserva sin coste alguno). Nos acompañan al apartamento y tienen el primer y único detalle: aires acondicionados encendidos y lugar refrescado (es lo mejor que tiene el apartamento y la zona que es muy tranquila si buscas salir del ruido y estrés diario). Entras y el apartamento eran dos en uno (pintaba bien): dos baños (duchas que hacían que cada vez que te ducharas hubiera una inundación a lo Titanic y que todo se mojara por falta de pared, cortina o puerta corredera) dos habitaciones (mobiliario con falta de mantenimiento y limpieza, me encontré pelos no míos en las sábanas! Y tuve que pedir en recepción nuevas y su respuesta fue que habían muchos apartamentos y no todos pueden estar al 100%) y una cocina (muy mal equipada, ya que íbamos con pensamientos de comer cada día allí y nos resultó imposible). Por general, le faltaba una mano de mantenimiento y un poco de limpieza (pero pobres camareras de pisos ni un triste carrito para transportar los productos de limpieza) Las fotos que vimos y que hizo que nos decidiéramos por estos apartamentos estaban muy muy lejos de lo que nos asignaron, con decir que ni había mesa de comedor! Y la piscina (estaba bastante bien) cerraba a las 6pm!! No hemos recibido ningún detalle ni una disculpa por parte de la dirección del lugar.
