The inn is simple with few amenities. It has fresh appearance (stated refurbishment is true), good space in each room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but would squeak. Room was very clean upon arrival. There is no staff on site so it is self check in, arranged by text messages. On arrival getting into the room was straightforward and obvious. There are limits on parking, it was not full (week day) so I had no issues. Convenient location to the local bus stop, or a short hike to the Village Gondola. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. The “continental breakfast” is nothing more than coffee and a few packaged snacks in the room. I would suggest picking up your own breakfast preferences at a local store. Overall, don’t expect much more than a clean, comfortable room with a good location and minimal amenities.

We stayed here for a short ski getaway. The front desk staff was nice enough but didn’t really provide any information or help like most hotel/resorts. The room was clean but in dire need of some updates. The bathroom was the worst with a lot of cracks in the walls and ceiling, paint is peeling and it overall does not feel very clean. I would say it’s not bad for the price as long as you aren’t expecting anything besides a cheap place to stay. Personally I would rather stay in town if I was to come back to the area. I gave it three stars because it was basically the minimum i would be ok with staying in.

If they call this newly renovated, they’re smoking something. Worst experience, terrible manager. Stay far away! Plenty of things not up to code, and parking is a nightmare. Will never return and reporting to code violations.

If you book one rate and they cancel your reservation the week of after the mountain gets snow so you can either pay double or not find a room else where… SCAMMERS! What terrible business practice to text at 9pm they’re about to cancel and can only rebook at a significantly higher rate… oh they’re going to accommodate my complaint with 10% off so it’s only $500 more? Horrible, terrible, no good. You’ve been warned and I’m going to try and share far and wide so others are not scammed either.

Booked a room late at night, however didn’t receive a text or how to check in. Once I got to the inn there was no one at the desk and no one answers the phone. I called and messaged maybe 20 time. Had to sleep in my car. Customer service is the worst. Don’t waste your money.
