Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel - Adults Only

My wife and I were there April 5-11, and it was an incredible stay. The staff goes above and beyond and we were told more than once their job is to spoil you and they really do their job well. Ernie the manager was very attentive and makes you feel like family. Asst manager Connell was fantastic and makes sure everything is perfect for you as well as Asst manager Hilarious who is amazing and made sure we were taken care of. Jesse is your amazing bartender, minister of fun and whatever else you need. Tamara is your amazing server for breakfast and lunch and Carter is your Jack of all trades at dinner. Our driver Germel was an amazing person that really went out of his way to ensure that we were safe, informed about the area and gave us wonderful history about his beautiful country and town. Now for the resort. Gorgeous views, wonderful food and many excursions to enjoy. Definitely a 5-star experience and we hope to return.

Definitely the best accommodation we’ve experienced in the Caribbean - all things considered. We reserved the Pool Suite for majestic views of the Pitons and swim workouts just beyond our sliding doors. The suite was super clean upon arrival & staff maintained the same level of cleanliness throughout the property daily. No fine grit on the floors. No bugs. No stains. Not a thing out of place. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Everyone felt like family & we felt extremely safe. I never even touched the key to lock the suite door. The drivers were knowledgeable and very professional. We chose not to do the meal plan because we don’t a lot & wanted to try other restaurants on the island. However, the meals we did have onsite were much better than meals we had offsite. The chefs @ Caille used only the freshest ingredients and every single meal was a culinary experience. The location is not a party resort style hotel. It’s peaceful and invites nature in. The bird song wakes you like clock work around 4/5 am daily. Because the suite is open concept, there are birds that fly in occasionally also. I really enjoyed that - i’m a nature person. We arranged excursions through Caille & they took care of every detail. Visited all the nearby beaches. Anse Chastnet was our favorite because of the amazing snorkeling and the overall vibe. Took a boat north for the fish fry in Gros Islet. There was no fish being fried…but the party was PART Y ING! We had a blast. We partied well into the morning hours…took the boat back down…and when we arrived at the pier ~ our driver was standing there waiting to take us back to Caille. I’m leaving so many wonderful details out of this review for times sake. Just reserve and see for yourself! You won’t be disappointed. I’ve had many beautiful birthday vacations ~ this one is easily in my top 5! The birthday message on the bed upon arrival, the gorgeous tropical floral, the local rum punch welcome drinks & cool towels…Luxury. What a way to celebrate 44!

Caille blanc is absolutely one of the nicest boutique hotels we have ever visited. The staff are very kind and helpful and treat you like family. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The food was delicious!! All meals are served in the open air dining area. Very relaxing and the beautiful views will take your breath away. We definitely felt spoiled while we were there and I would definitely go back and stay with them without hesitation!!!!!

Our five days at Caille Blanc were absolutely incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed on vacation! The property is exactly as described and pictured on their website. We chose the all-inclusive package and I’m so glad we did! The team handled everything perfectly from airport pickups to scheduling our excursions. We ate every meal on-site - the food was incredible; freshly prepared and perfect proportions. Before we arrived, I was a little concerned about being a small property and how that would work with the other guests and employees…I was worried for no reason. The rooms are situated so that everyone has plenty of privacy and you can keep to yourself if you wish. The staff perfectly balanced being available for everything we needed without being intrusive. I had read about the roads on some other comments. The road is very narrow and rough. If you’re not a confident driver, I would opt for the taxi service but don’t let that deter you from visiting.

We had a fantastic stay at Caille Blanc! It fit our needs perfectly. (We are a couple of tired corporate executives that like to be away from the crowds, screaming kids and booming pool music) Our Grotto suite was absolutely phenomenal: private, with the huge terrace that had our own private dipping pool and bathtub. And the view, oh the view - we could not get enough of it! When deciding whether to book this hotel consider the following: it is a small boutique hotel, and it might not have "bells and whistles" of big chains or all-inclusive resorts, such as spa salons, big entertainment, on-site activities, gym etc. (although, I did see a workout room, honestly, I never used it). You will not be entertained much on property, but you will be totally relaxed. Just know what you want. The phenomenal infinity pool overlooking Pitons is never crowded and it is truly serene. I had some fantastic naps there and I never even take naps :) They have one restaurant that serves all meals, snacks and drinks. The food is great. The prices are somewhat steep, but you don't have to stay on the resort. We did not have a meal plan, because we like to explore local places to eat, but we also ate some of our dinners there and they were very nice. Breakfast was included and it was plentiful and always fresh. The getting on and off the property...Ok, so the road is absolutely terrible and dangerous. So if you are not a good driver - I highly recommend using hotel driver's to take you places. Yes, it will cost you money. I don't know how much. We rented a car and driving on this road was an adventure of its own. We were happy with our choice to rent a car as we were not tied up to the property, but also my fiancé is a very good driver, so it wasn't an issue. The property is very secluded (which is why it is so serene), and it takes you roughly 10-15 mins on a very rocky road to get from the mountain and to the city. Choose wisely. Staff is absolutely wonderful, they will do everything they can to make you feel happy and content. They will also help you with reservations to local restaurants and various excursions and activities. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel for people that are looking for a serene place to relax in between exploring the island and all it has to offer.

Every aspect of our stay was amazing from the staff, food and suite. Perfect for adults and couples to enjoy a more relaxing boutique experience with probably the best views in St Lucia. The infinity pool was the perfect way to spend the afternoon as it overlooks the bay and looks directly at the Pitons.
