I had to call police. I'm a nurse and booked 4 nights. Their advertisement states (took a screen shot) that each room has a private bathroom. It doesn't. It's a communal toilet and shower. I contacted ***********. they contacted her. She phones me, texts me then comes banging on my door, shouting. I open the door. She yells to get out. She forces her way in, but I push her back and lock the door. She says that... what do I expect for $69. She won't accept that she has falsified advertising Then I hear her give all my personal details to someone on the phone. All the details from my licence She then comes in with her key, when several men. She tells them to pack ally things in boxes! I told her and the men to not come near me or touch me. I had called Malvern Police and they could hear her yelling at me after she let herself in. I video recoded her and will be lodging a complaint with the authorities
