I stayed at this hotel with a friend for our girls holiday and was sadly disappointed with the treatment we received. Whilst the hotel itself was satisfactory, the staff were incredibly rude and had no respect for our privacy. We sat on our balcony to have pre drinks prior to the club, chatting and playing music although not too loudly, and one of the staff members walked over, grabbed our speaker and walked off with it and then told us to ‘f*ck off’ when we went to get it back. Additionally, we were woken up early every morning by the manager banging aggressively on our door, shouting at us for drinking on the balcony and for chatting to our neighbours. The manager even stole our neighbours balcony chairs as some sort of punishment. The staff were rude the entire time and seemed to be against us having fun, despite the fact that the hotel is placed directly in the middle of the Malia strip. If you are looking for a family holiday, do not stay here as there will be noise coming from the strip until at least 6am. And if you are looking for a fun holiday with a group of friends, be cautious about staying here as they will not allow you to go into your friends rooms or make any small amount of noise past 10pm. Extremely disappointed to say the least, if staff hadn’t been so rude the experience would’ve been a lot better.

Decent hotel and location. Came here as a group of lads and found there to be somewhat mixed messages about what the atmosphere in the hotel was meant to be. We were constantly reminded that it was a family hotel, yet the demographic (bar a few geriatrics) suggested that this was indeed a party hotel. Some of our balcony furniture was broken by the yobbos in the apartment above throwing their furniture over the balcony. Despite explaining this and the people upstairs admitting to it, we were charged £60 for the damage nonetheless. The reviews complaining about being charged for WiFi, the safe, or air con don't appear to be true - we were not ripped off for basic hotel amenities. The taxi driver for the transfers can be recommended - the hotel will point you in his direction; he is the owner's son. Overall, we were not quite treated with the contempt of other visitors (according to other reviews) although the bollocking we were given for one of the apartments having a poorly fitting patio door, the lock on which then broke, and the fact that we were charged for our neighbours damage is hard to swallow. Would I come back? Doubt it, but I wouldn't completely write it off.

Great accommodation with kind staff and decent rooms. Although the rooms were small they were just what we needed. They had a very small kitchen with a comping stove and limited kitchen utensils but was still able to cook. The pool was great and the bar/cafe served good food and drink. It is right on the strip so good for young people and safe to get back too. Cleaners came every few days and changed sheets and towels which was very handy. Overall good experience, perfect for young people (we where a group of 12 girls) and would recommend

Very good location. Near restaurant, bars , supermarket and pharmacy. Walking distance to the beach. Everything is clean, looks very good. It’s a family running hotel. They are very friendly and make you feel very welcome and they are very helpful. Brilliant breakfast!!!! Thank you very much to make my holidays so great! Wi-Fi actually works every where in there! It may be a bit noise in July and August because is in the strip, but at the end of September it was perfect.
