If you are unfortunate to get a room close to the poolbar. You get bar noise until 22.45, after that you get half an hour or more of pumpin noise from the truck that brings water, same loud pump noises are in the morning around 7, so try to explaine to you little kids why they cannot rest (picture taken at 23.07, loud pumping noise until 23.08 today) Rooms clean, food ok but better not be late or you will not get much left, but no rest in this vacantion :(

Hope this helps other. Overall good, however, hotel running out of beer and spirits an forced to purchase bottled or top shelf is not a lasting impression for an all inclusive resort. Food was ok albeit cold and repetitive whereby you could set your clock to and at times boring. Authentic food would be nice and not greasy. Staff where great but for 3 or 4. Hotel could do with some small changes, ie, kettle an condiments in the rooms, free safe deposit boxes, water in fridge on arrival, more TV channels. It is mainly for European visitors an not british, if you can get past the rudeness, ignorance and arrogance of this, then your stay will be memorable. It is very quiet and away from anywhere, entertainment zero but for Wednesdays when karaoke is the only highlight. The Owner is fantastic and pleased to help whenever she can, leaving 17 year olds in charge with no experience is a no no, I have concerns to safety with no cctv on site to protect guests at all, also we witnessed pilfering by bar staff which would account for lack of beer and spirits. CCTV is a must for everyone. Staff smoking and drinking in front of guests is a big no no, on our arrival staff where drinking, smoking and very unprofessional. Hope all these reviews are taken seriously by the hotel. It states no smoking, however one member of staff was smoking at the reception desk. With these small changes this could be a pleasant hotel to visit. I intend to revisit to see if these have been changed an implement. I shall give a full review after my next visit, however, and very important to note, a member of my party had an accident due to a faulty lift, there is no accident book nor first aid equipment at reception, the owner did arrange a doctor visit late the day after the accident which we were very grateful. In conclusion then, can I reccomend this hotel based on my experience. That,s a simple YES... But go with an open mind, push away the small things and you will enjoy. Stayed 12 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Food on the all-inclusive was always good and plentiful if you joined the queue early. Drinks were in plastic glasses and alcohol measures were good. Lovely pool and surrounding area, though watch out for the wet areas, which were very slippy. Lots of snacks at the pool bar and very helpful staff at reception. A bus took you to the nearby beach, which was fab. The bedroom was beautiful with great views from the hotel. Not sure why the shower area was so small and there was no hook to hold up the shower. The only real negative was the long queues for food, often caused by a lack of staff and too many guests. It would have helped if guests could serve themselves food. And there would have been less waste, as the servers were too generous with portions.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Incredibly clean, excellent quality of food + generous portions especially for all inclusive. Also didn't feel overpacked, there was always enough sun loungers/tables etc. I was in a triple room (I think this may have been lastminute.com's fault, it isn't listed as a triple on the hotel's website) but the 3rd bed was basically just a sun lounger. However when we asked for a better bed they replaced it immediately, impressed with the service. The rooms themselves are quite snug but they have everything you need, especially good for the price. The location is quite remote but they have a beach shuttle service that takes you into the heart of Agia Pelagia which is a great place to visit as well. It's also only 25 minutes drive from heraklion if you want to visit the capital (we did)! Shoutout to Daniela on reception but all staff were nice 👍

First of all, it was a very beautiful experience that I lived inside of this hotel. I would like to make a list with pros and contras, so that the next tourists will know what to expect. Pros: 1. The hotel was very big and clean 2. The personal was always very friendly and treated us like a family. Even the owner of the hotel was talking to us and she was implied in daily activities, like cleaning up the tables, serving people etc. 3. The food was very good 4. The hotel was placed nearly two beaches. By walking you would get to the beach in aproximatively 15-20 mins, but it was a very beautiful road, surrounded by mountains. 5. The pool was big enough and very clean 6. The views around the hotel it made me feel like i was in a dream. Contras: 1. The car of the hotel that transports the tourists was very poor. Big dissapointment in the first day, in the moment when i saw that old and small car, wich it should transport you to the beach. 2. The food was good, but very repetitive, which was a little annoyng 3. It wasn t all inclusive. Besides the four daily meals, you had the right to some cocktails, water and snack almost nothing. Thinking about all inclusive services, it was poor Given the price, after all it was a very beautiful experience. I would go there for a second time.

Very kind staff including the owner the food is good and clean rooms the only problem would be the slow internet All in all it was a successful vacation we traveled santorini by ferry in santorini it was very nice, but one day is too little to see the capital Firá, two days would be preferable to see santorini well
