Very bad staff in reception.very rude. Worst reception faced ever. Its a lady. Me and my wife stayed there for more than 25 days, one day afternoon when i was sleeping. The receptionist refused to enter my wife to the room. Becouse i felt sleep and unable to pay that day . Point is why cant they knock my room door? Why my wife cant enter the room? When i am in the room. That was rudest lady ( the receptionist ever i met. ) please dont keep uneducated people there.first TEACH THEM WHAT IS HOSPITALITY IS, how to treat the guests. Teach her how to handle the guest concerns.

completely disinterested staff who didn't answer my questions they pointed sourly towards the exit when I asked where the breakfast was .. later I understood that it was in the cafe outside .. The room lacked toilet paper and was very dirty "as others have written before". Small animals on the floor. there was hardly any water from the colander .. so when I was going to sleep I see that the pillow is dirty and there is hair in the bed! Then I got so angry and called them .. they would come up and I have to wait for 30 minutes! started packing my bag and went down to the staff who are still as uncommittal and only want to refund one out of two nights because I'm making my complaint so late! I complained about everything before, but you can't complain about the bed before I've seen how it looks. So I want to strongly warn against this hotel! I am now at another hotel where I feel welcome and they asked if I wanted something to eat even though it was the middle of the night...

I recently stayed at Dhimiyaath stay for one night and had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated for 2 receptionists who was very friendly. I felt very welcome and would definitely consider returning in the future.

The room was very small, very clean, nice neighborhood, staff are friendly, no minibar, no toilet paper but I did not ask. When I found TV not working, they have fixed it at once. The only bothering thing is to have to wait at the lobby for long time till my flight time as they did not accept late checkout.
