One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. At the checkin I was given the room 304. None of the toilet lights worked. Toilet role holder and the safe did not work. When complained to Ragini the incompetent and unsmiling receptionist, the answer was its maintenance”s problem we can’t do anything. Then I was transferred to room 604 where the bed side plug bases were not working. No TV remote. Again answer was let’s move to another room. Rooms were never cleaned unless I demanded. Water and coffee was never replaced unless I asked The key cards have to be programmed daily. Once there was a power cut. The key card did not work. They did not have a master key to the rooms. Apparently the cook who can’t understand customer needs is the supervisor. No decision making skills. Only good thing was the small made restaurant steward who was friendly.
