The design of room very bad and toilet and shower so small

The service at this hotel was outstanding, I was really made to feel special. The building is beautiful, especially the marble staircase and terrace overlooking the sea. My room was very tastefully and luxuriously decorated, it didn’t have a view, but the price was commensurate for that. Overall the hotel gives an experience of mid tier luxury (not very very top level ala Bulgari hotel, but definitely premium). My biggest complaint is with regards to the gym and spa. The gym is ok, if small, has a squat rack which is great. But there is no locker room or changing area next to it! Any other five star hotel I’ve been to would have a luxurious locker room with a sauna and hot tub etc. Here there wasn’t even a place to change! I had to go back to my room and change into my gym gear the first time I went. Then there is the ‘spa’. Some hot tubs, relaxation areas and a sauna. Very nice, but a €25 EXTRA for guests!! What kind of a luxury hotel charges extra for use of the sauna?! Aside from this, I very much enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay here again.

我訂的是37平米的房間，房間很乾凈，也很安靜。酒店雖然歷史悠久但並不老舊，設施維護的很好。早餐也很豐富，地理位置方便。我們遇到的每一個服務人員（前台，門僮，餐廳服務員，按摩技師，清潔員等等）都很熱情，周到，專業。我們4天的住宿經歷非常愉快，以後來Malaga我們肯定還會選這家酒店。

臨時決定來馬拉加住一晚，很慶幸選擇了這個酒店。阿拉伯風格，佈置精美別緻，選的房間面向大海，大露台很漂亮，早餐也非常豐盛。酒店備品是寶格麗的，很好聞。 酒店泳池花園用房卡刷開可以過馬路去海邊，很方便。

酒店很乾凈，員工對客人都非常有禮貌，客房打掃的乾淨而整潔，泳池邊曬太陽，感覺非常不錯。門口有公交車可以直達市中心

服務熱情，環境沒得説，就是自助早飯選擇太少，沒什麼想吃的。

酒店不愧是馬拉加最好的酒店，位置設施早餐都是最好的

酒店房間本身還可以 但是不是很透氣，感覺很悶，但是洗漱用品好評 酒店前台和門衞服務熱情，但是大廳裏面的工作人員好像不太熟悉這個酒店 居然不知道酒店裡麪的餐廳在哪裡 酒店晚餐的餐廳難吃 很鹹很鹹，而且吃了以後頭暈胃不舒服想吐，餐廳環境很悶

酒店位置方便 但是隔音不好 我加錢換了個套房 不過特別投訴22號白天的那個名字ING打頭的男的 我退房時候及其無力 非常有歧視的眼光 沒有絲毫禮貌 我住了四天就説了OK 極其不友好的看着你 沒有任何教養 連一句再見都不會説 就是故意想沒有禮貌 不過他背後代表的是他們酒店的名譽！！這是最基本的素養 不管是快捷酒店還是五星級！

賓館始建於1928年，面向大海氛圍良好，可能是馬拉加最棒的賓館，早歺洋餐食為主，品類還是非常齊全，面朝大海的房一般都在3500元以上， 看到太陽日出，整天房間沐浴着陽光，並有陽台，唯一不足的是酒店為了環保浴缸沒有熱水供應。

모든것이 완벽 그 잡채 !!! 완전 여태 다녀본 호텔중에 최고입니다. 다만 조식 종류는 조금 부족햇어요. 뷰 최고. 방컨디션 최고. 어메니티는 불가리!!

시설, 조식, 서비스, 뷰 등등 모든게 다 좋았어요!! 가능하다면 또 방문하고 싶습니다!!
