The location was superb, just within Jonker Street opposite Baba House. The hotel was very pretty with historical Nyonya ambience, good for photos! We booked the standard twin room which was really small with limited walking space, you might need to book a bigger room if you have big luggages and some rooms access requires stairs, suggest to put a remark if you have big luggages, I’m sure the staffs will avoid assigning those rooms to you. Breakfast was basic and included in the price, we skipped breakfast and went for food hunting in Jonker St. There’s an inhouse spa as well.

The worst experience I have ever had, I stood on the sidewalk in front of the hotel waiting for the taxi, a car drove towards me and I stepped back to avoid the car hitting me, but the driver keep driving onto the sidewalks and passed me by although he saw me already , it freaks me out. The driver didn’t say sorry instead saying that he is the driver of the hotel and threatened me saying“here is Malaysia, not your country”. Yes I know here is Malaysia, so what? So Malaysia’s car can drive onto the sidewalk and hit people? Please, I am also the guest of your hotel, how comes the hotel treat people like this, so rude! The picture I posted below shows the situation that day, I stood within the little red circle with nowhere to step back, the hotel driver drove onto the sidewalk toward me and keep going even I said stop to him and finally stopped at the place where I circled. They owe me an apology!

Hotel location is the best , you can walk to Jonger street in 3 mins, have car park. Staff very nice. Room a bit old but acceptable.

The ambiance might appeal to antique lovers, the overall experience fell short in terms of comfort and practicality.

Clean n nice hotel. Very easy to take grab to any shopping mall. Jonket street is very right behind. They also provided nice bteakfast. Very heritage hotel

The hotel is close to everything. Go to jonker street just need 5mins walk. Surrounding by food and souvenir shop. Definitely will come back again.

Me & my friends had a wonderful stay at Hotel Puri Melaka. The hotel has beautiful decoration for the Christmas season, which adds a festive and warm touch to the atmosphere. The building itself has a lovely retro style with a strong Nyonya charm, which I really appreciate. Every corner of the hotel is so picturesque, perfect for snapping photos! The hotel room is comfortable and very clean, providing a great place to relax after exploring the area. Breakfast offers a nice mix of both Western and local options, which is a nice touch. However, I would be even happier if they had included some Nyonya kuih as part of the breakfast – that would be the cherry on top🤭! The location is also very convenient, with popular tourist spots like Jonker Street and Dutch Square within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Situated just right behind Jonker Street, be to convenient to location and within walking distance to all famous food scenes. The hotel has parking for the guests location just further up. Staffs were friendly, hotel is very well maintained.

it is minites walk away from Jonler. It has valet and carpark. It is a collectipn of the founder of Zhenghe Museum. It is trafitional Melaka design. will update more when i have my breakfast. it is opposite a mpst ellaborate Chinese 徐clan association. it is western cjurch desogn. Staff

Place is very convenient to Jonker Street. Hotel parking is located a few blocks down on the right side. The room was decent size but the floor vinyl were all popping out. Bathroom floor is abit slippery so do be careful. Property has lifts but it is only for certain rooms. Was located on the 3rd Floor and had to climb the stairs so do take note for those with mobility limitations. Overall a reasonable stay for Melaka!

The room was generally clean, but I wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers as it’s not soundproof. The location is great—right in the middle of Jonker Street, which makes it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel’s environment and décor are absolutely brilliant, with a lot of character and charm.

Good location, pleasant staff. However housekeeping could be better especially after a downpour the common areas were wet and slippery. The outdoor garden area was not well cared for. Lift access is limited Istruggled with my luggage up and down the stairs.
