This is my second stay at Hatten Hotel, a lovely 5-star accommodation situated directly above Hatten Square Shopping Mall and a 7-Eleven. Its prime location places it near all major tourist attractions, and the convenience and comfort keep me coming back—I’ll definitely return again!

I rated this hotel as 5Star., The scent in the hotel was very nice .The complimentary breakfast was excellent in range and the room was excellent too

Our stay at the hotel was nearly perfect, with excellent customer service and a super convenient location. However, there was a significant safety concern at the bathroom entrance. A tiny, sharp nail-like protrusion injured my wife’s sole as she stepped out to put on her house slippers. I’ve attached a photo of the nail for reference. This could have been avoided with proper maintenance. Additionally, there were some cleanliness issues, including stains on the curtains, windows, and blinds. As much as we wanted to leave a glowing review, we felt it was important to share this feedback honestly, hoping the hotel can improve these aspects for future guests.

The location near shopping center, easy to walk and find something to eat. Rooftop the sunset was awesome nice to watch

This is my second time to stay in this hotel, after a few year after I still choosing this hotel. So far everything still good for me just having some unpleasant experience need to feedback. Firstly, I’m booking this hotel room with 2 single bed, but after check at the counter they only can provide me one king-bed, I staying with my sister I tell that we want seperate bed room, at the end they give add in one additional portable bed in my room. So that I only can let me sister using the king size bed and I’m tall and big size guy using the portable bed for 2 night and make me very uncomfortable. Second, the hotel room like a signal blocking zone, our mobile phone 5g own data like very weak signal to receive in there, and the hotel WiFi provided by was more funny, some time appear some time disappear. Third. the room should doing some maintenance, some corner the wood is chip, in the bathroom the shower hanger is damage and the shower very dirty of water mark, please do a proper cleaning next time. Since it’s stated is a 4-5 stars hotel then should provide the worthy and value for customer spend the money.

Location strategic, in the middle of Mallaca city. The main point i’ve booked this Hotel because of location. Nearby with all tourist attraction 👍🏻, just next to MMC (Mahkota Medical centre), Mall,KBox, and eatries shop. All basic amenities provided 👍🏻 including iron+board and hair dryer👍🏻. All function well. Only my opinion, may be the floor mat need some refurbish, change to vinyl may be. The sink also need mantainance, the water take slow so long to drain and next time management please provided extra dustbin 🫠.. ohh, one more thing. Car parking provided for guest yea but we have to do payment Rm5/day and level sharing with other guest too 🙂 . overall, all just ok.

We loved our stay in Hatten Hotel. It is nearby the places that we wanted to visit. We are able to check in early as well. Overall we are satisfied👌

Hotel is conveniently located to private coach terminus and shopping and dining facilities are close by. Heritage area also 15mins walk away. Highly recommended!

Big room space and hotel location is convenience to shopping area and some attractions

The parking fee is rm5 per 24 hours if you validate your card with the counter staff. However, the counter staff overlook the correct time to validate, and our parking hour is less than 24 hours... Except for the parking issue, the rest are all good. Recommended to others

Spacious room and strategic location. Nice view from the room. For breakfast, wise, just ordinary nothing much special.

This is a fantastic hotel. Our room were very comfortable. Enjoyable. The bed was large and very comfortable. Good facilities. Highly recommended hotel.

Nearby to malls. Rooms is spacious with great views. Very strategically located at the town area. Good place to stay for family.
