Location is more convenient to red square, Cheng he museum, Jonker street and malacca river cruise,etc. with just a few minutes walking. The strait mosque is 5mins cab distance. U can enjoy the sunrise from oneself room. The roof lounge view also fantastic. U can oversee the malacca city and also the strait. The hotel staff is polite and friendly with smile faces always. Fall stalls , convenience shops are surrounding. U can enjoy the local cuisines anytime.

Convenient for those who drive as few floor car park available for the guests with per entry, need to validate touch n go upon leave the car park

checked in on 31May and the check in process was super slow...the swimming pool is small and packed with kids playing water😅 couldn't really swim there...went for breakfast at 8am and there was super long queue...the foods were so so. The sunrise view from the room is nice though.

Very convenient during check in and came early. The staff is very friendly and parking is also very convenient at rm5 per day flat rate.

Generally clean and cosy hotel though you may spot some aging signs if you look at details. Breakfast was ok but not excellent. It is still a good choice if you are in Melaka for holidays or work.

Repeat stay for numerous times cos of it's location to eateries and shopping malls. Breakfast was good with lots of varieties of food.Parking was convenient with a $5 fee which is reasonable.

Convenient location with many food options within walking distance. Spacious room, though aircon is too cold for comfort at times. Hotel breakfast is standard fare. Staff service is very good and welcoming. Thumbs-up for that!

Great hotel in a safe location and well-equiped. The room was comfortable and well kept. Room and cleaning service were up to standard. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable with clean sheets, bathroom amenities were sufficient and clean. Thank you for the great stay, Hatten Hotel!

We like how spacious our room is. The sea view is underwhelming for us because it’s distance away and there were buildings blocking the horizons, hence it’d be better off getting a city view or no view to save some cash. There’s decent variety for breakfast and good crowd control during the peak period. We like the location of the hotel, where it is located near the coach terminal and shopping malls. We shall return for our next stay.

I recently stayed at the Hatten Hotel in Melaka,and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. It had all the amenities you’d expect from a four-star hotel, and I appreciated the thoughtful layout and cleanliness throughout the space. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s conveniently connected to Dataran Pahlawan Mall and Mahkota Parade , making shopping and dining incredibly easy. Many of Melaka’s main attractions are also within walking distance, which added to the convenience. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located stay in Melaka. Would stay again!

The lovely hotel that suitable for family vacation trip. The hotel nearby with the Dataran Pahlawan Mall, Melaka parade, Taming sari tower and other tourism place. Such a great location.

The room was well-maintained. The room was good. The hotel's location was perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful. Our stay was a memorable experience and enjoyable stay.
