The room hotel just ok. Ac is cold. Parking is free provide by the hotel. Staff hotel is helpful n friendly. Hotel location far from city centre. Easy to get food n beverage by walking distance.

Lain ok cuma katil x ok. Sewa bilik deluxe double room, patut dpt katil queen tapi dia bgi katil single yg dirapatkan. Mengecewakan. Kalau kita sewa twin room nk katil queen confirm kena bayar harga lain. Tapi kalau mcm ni blh pulak. Xde pulak potong harga.

Have a good experience staying here. Complimentary drinking water and coffee/tea sachets. However power trip inside my room after i checked -in i they put in in new room. Deposit is required upon check-in.

Everything in this hotel needs to overhaul! Tower's are super worn-out, water pressure too weak, weird smell at the lobby, never tidy up our room & the toiletry very limited 😑 Rating 1/5 star

The hotel is modern and relatively clean, the bathroom floor was wet from the last guests when we arrived and the cups provided were old and dirty. Also the showers are not warm and the hotel is a bit out of the way from touristy spots. It is difficult to walk around as it is on a main road with no pedestrian crossings.

Comfortable staycation and affordable price. The staff very friendly and helpful. Location just nearby the food stall. So if u want to grab food it is easy just beside the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an incredibly positive experience. For me that choose quadruple room type , this room are spacious, well maintained, equipped with amenities. It also comes with two comfortable queen bed which favors for families or 4 pax. The room also had a smart TV, mini chiller, and air conditioning, making stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Plus, the staff service also exceptional. They were friendly, attentive and fast respond. Overall, I highly recommend Arenaa Deluxe Hotel for anyone visiting Malacca.

Room we get got smoke smell and at the phone is not working. I have use my personal mobile to call up operator asked to change another room. They ended up change a room for me which is much better. Aircon is cold, bed ok good to sleep. water heater is working and got small freezer. Car park location is opposite hotel but the road is busy and this is pretty hard to cross over. Suggest hotel to provide slippers and basic bathroom necesiities
