The hotel is strategically located not so near but accessible to the heart of Melaka. Food is easy as there are lots of shop nearby. Quite clean. But the booking stated Seaview but it is impossible to see the sea as it is not nearby to the beach plus all the views are blocked by building. The service need to be further improved as receptionist somehow not rude but seems judgemental especially when you are driving luxury car plus looking fresh and young.

Love the room as it has a fridge, can keep beer and face mask, Location is OK near to most food and lepaking area.

This hotel location is very good and easy to access to famous Melaka food like chicken rice and satay celup. Unfortunately the hotel is quite old and many things in the hotel room is broken and not replace. Besidea that there are charges for everything if u need extra like towel, Pillow , mineral water… I think this is very sad coz most of the hotel did not do such things … I can understand if they gave 2 pillows then is alright to charge the 3rd pillow but it seem that the hotel only provide 1 pillow instead of two pillow. Remember to bring extra pillow if u want to stay in this hotel ya.

Pro: Good Location. Good value of money. Parking bays are enough to accommodate guests. Wi-Fi speed is sufficient. Water pressure (shower) is good. Air-conditioning in the room is cold. Standard toilet amenities. Room is new. Con: Room is small (limited space to put luggage).

Hotel is near a lot of eateries. Have car pouch for elderly to alight and away from rain. Room is clean and mid-modern. Have own parking and street parking. Will book again in future.

Stay here few days still can considered ok.tv got few channel but i think they just on the extra channel from friday to weekends only.because in weekday only got 3-4 local channel only.toiletries include toothbrush set is provided.water flow is good but for water heater early in the morning is not hot.aircond function.bathroom exhaust fan also working and this is important thing for bathroom.because most of hotel this thing are not function.for praying you need to bring your own sejadah.but the room i stay got carpet.iron can request at the counter.hair dryer provided in the room.the towel is clean.bed sheet and blankets also clean.as usual only 2 pillow provided.maybe management should improve on the room door.because it is so loud,because you cannot close it on normal way.this hotel don't have their own cafe.but around hotel got a lot of restaurant but mostly chinese food.but if you own a car that should be no problem.if not grab also easy to get.laundry shop got 2 near the hotel.all room have window but my room cannot open the window.not sure why you need to screw the window.sometimes we need some fresh air too,thats why we choose room with window.i notice bathroom wall actually can see through from bedroom but they already put wallpaper.but still the light from the bathroom can go through the wallpaper.for those that can sleep with light maybe no problem.for bathroom maybe can improve the cleanliness,especially the wall.this is the common problem for some hotel.

Overall is good but the doors lock really need to improve because super loud noisy sound when closed and will affect other travellers, cheers!

Beside hotel got many restaurants . Good food to eat, nearby got the best roast bread with half boiled egg

It was more spacious than many melaka hotel rooms and wowed us with its ridiculously comfy beds.

Friendly staff recommend to stay here. Easy to go around Melaka.
