Like this hotel very much..booking here so many times and more..near to shopping mall like Dataran Mahkota and Mahkota Parade..surroundings with food restaurants and stalls..very near to Menara Tamingsari. Bed and pillows very comfortable

The hotel location is at Jln PM 8 Melaka City centre. The room is clean and tidy. Air-conditioning is cold. No free parking provided by the hotel. Deposit Rm100 required when you check in the hotel. Easy to get food and beverage by walking distance.

location very good, breakfast not many choice but its okay. cleanliness maybe can do better, my bedsheet got stain and for mug also not proper clean. actually my booking is superior double room, but when i want check in they said for superior double room already full and overbook. so they upgrade my booking to execuive suites. recommended 👍🏻

The location is good but the hotel needs some renovations in the rooms. The ceiling and the walls are moldy, the room doesn’t smell fresh and it is dusty

dh byk kali dtg sini. mmg puas hati. hotel pulak under felda lagi la kita support as anak felda. cuma need to provide wifi at least. In Syaa Allah next year nk bermalam lagi kt sini😇hopefully admin yg baca ni dpt bagi free 1 night pun xpe🤗sbb wife ajak 3 malam pulak🥲

i love it.. near taming sari tower. walking distance only.. park around hotel and can just walk to explore melaka.

Good location. Walkong diatamce yo Mahkota Parade and D Pahlawan. Food is conveniently available everywhere . Red House is also within walking distance. Given a Quiet room but occasionally disturb by hotel staff conversation along the passageway. Suggest if they need to converse, they can go into one of the vacant rooms and not disturb the guest by having conversation along the passageway. It is really annoying.

So many time booking this hotel,good location and breakfast near to shop and shopping mall, walking distance to uptown bandar hilir

Front Desk Had Professional Staff. The room was superb and clean. The Hotel was at the convenience area with all access to tourist areas.

Worst experience ever..the rooms were not ready at 3..the FO pn adriana was rude..please take action to her..and the housekeeping also had bad attitude toward us..the management should take this matter seriously because the hotel is quite near to taming sari..jonker walk..

Overall the hotel is good. But the check in process is damn slow. 4:05pm I reached the hotel, 4:20pm still waiting for the check in. At around 4:40pm just done the check in and get into my room. The efficiency of check in process need to be improve. When I checked in at other hotels, it just took me less than 5 minutes to complete

Check in a bit late..the room is not ready at 3 pm.. Breakfast ok.. not so many choices but tasty.
