Not recommended. Counter staffs not friendly at all. Check in shown proof of paid tourism tax but insist not yet pay, collect again for 2nights stay at RM10 per night . Total paid RM20. Did not tidy room although ask for housekeeping. Poor service. Breakfast choice very limited.

Location is okay, breakfast is very ‘normal’. Free parking around the hotel.

Not a bad place to stay,near town just said around 25mins walk if u know the short cut around.staffs,security officer friendly n service render good.there's food court to the left of the hotel n foods good n reasonable n more foods just opposite site too.

Hotel lobby is great. Many parking spaces. Room looks good. Suggest changing the shower curtain ASAP.

This is my first experienced wiz this hotel...eventho quiet far from city its still OK..nice place,food also quiet good...will repeat again next trip...thanks!!!

The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of food options nearby. The room is average, and the Wi-Fi connection is not ideal. However, if the price is reasonable, it will still be among my choices.

Stayed here before and in previous occasion it was excellent. This time around was slightly dissapointe. Toilet bowl was not cleaned properly and towels had stains. Had to request for a change of towels which unfortunately also had some stains. Time for hotel yo change their towels.

would not recommend this hotel because the maintenance of the hotel quite bad.

Generally, its location is centre of Malacca Town & yet can avoid traffic jam, easy check in & no issue of parking.
