The lobby was grand and spacious. The staff was friendly and attended to our request of checking in early. Location was within 10 mins drive to where we wanna go.

Overall, clean & spacious room. Only setback was the bathtub, as it functions as a shower without curtain, which splashes water all over the bathroom, create hazard and inconvenience. Also, quite high to climb into the tub.

My partner high recommended this hotel cause she stayed here before. And My personal experience I find the service were good from the reception, security guard, housekeeping and a guy at gym v friendly , Chef, F&B team very energetic v welcoming u to bfast. Person who delivered meal to our room also v friendly. However, some awful experienced at first room assigned room 2002 AC not cold and v bad sewage the moment you open the entrance door. We asked for room move then to 2703 the moment we entered overpowering of air freshener was sprayed follow by we saw the sofa have a big round stained and a debris on the floor so I immediately told the bellman unacceptable but it was too late we decided to stay. On Sat 2nd night at wee hour of 12 midnight, my room was on Do Not Disturb sign on and staff still knocking on my door for few times to deliver something for we have not asked for. We got a shocked of our life from the Big Bang knocked and call the operator…. And he said sorry… worse experience ever. My partner got very scared and got migraines after. Do not invade or ignore people privacy sign. Overall our stay was a OK even though with few incidents happened.

The room is very dusty especially the curtain when u open or close many "feathers" will flown out... cos my son is very sensitive n allergic to dust, nose n hands become itchy... then the manager ED very patient and good service, he let us wait n drink in the lounge and he bring cleaners to vacuum n clean again. Thank you. He compensate us with breakfast n late check out also. 👍👍

Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the cleanliness left something to be desired. We were surprised to find strawberries and a sandwich left behind by the previous guest in our room’s fridge, which made us question the attention to detail in housekeeping. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service whenever we needed assistance. However, the check-in and check-out processes were frustratingly slow compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, which detracted from the overall experience. The highlight of this hotel is its location. It’s very convenient for getting to various attractions and spots around the area, which made our trip more enjoyable. Overall, while the location and staff service were positive aspects, improvements in cleanliness and efficiency are needed for a better guest experience.

Last minute booking on Melaka visit. We like its location & value for money.

A really GREAT hotel but we won't be coming back... Check in was smooth but was shocked when we entered the room that housekeeping clearly hadn't finished cleaning, leaving the room unacceptably messy (room 1718). The front desk staff did apologize and offer complimentary drinks and breakfast as a token of apology BUT the delay significantly impacted our first impression. They moved us to next available room. However the new assigned room feels very warm (room 1508). We can't even adjust the aircond settings. So after another complaint, and for the 3rd time we switched to another room. And yes staying in this hotel come with a lot of perks but one bad experience ruining it forever...

My initial impression of the hotel was normal but the hotel staffs were very friendly and provided awesome services. Upon checking, I found stains on the pillow. I raised the matter to the staff and he replaced it very quickly. After my shopping, I returned back to the room and found stain on the blanket quilt which was then replaced very quickly by the staff. The staffs are all very friendly and greeted me whenever they see me. The amenities are great too. The gym is very clean and all equipment are well maintained. The infinity swimming pool is good too! Overall, it was a good experience and the hotel definitely have to work towards providing stainless sheets.

Stay was a pleasant one. Some room for improvements, overall a positive one. The view was a plus.

Had to be careful during shower, water leaks out from the bathtub. The toilet floor trap was choke.

It was a fantastic stay in this hotel. We had an enjoyable staycation here with amazing view, pool, great room, very friendly staff and superb hospitality. The location of this hotel is superb. We will definitely repeat staying here when we visit Malacca.

It’s a relatively nice hotel so everything is pretty clean and well-maintained. The service was great as everyone we met served with a smile. They also helped us to arrange for late checkout for 3 rooms so we really appreciate the flexibility. I only noticed the shuttle service to some malls towards the end of our stay though. Would be nice to mention this when we check in. Nevertheless, the location is near Jonker Walk yet not too jammed up so if that remains the way during CNY, we might choose to stay her again for our yearly CNY visits! Ps. It would have been a nice gesture to offer a complimentary dessert/cake/drinks as we mentioned we’re here for our wedding.

Excellent service from the staff at Courtyard, everyone were so friendly and warm. The room is spacious with an amazing view.

What a wonderful and pleasant stay with Courtyard Melaka. Will visit again
