Far from Kaaba but theres shuttle. I come during ramadan so everything is traffic. But cleaniless is perfect

The hotel is too far from Haram. You can’t make by foot to Haram. However, there is shuttle at place which takes around 40m and still you have to walk another 20 min. Due to Ramadan shuttle don’t go all the way to stop and you will also have to change shuttle twice. The hotel is not recommended for an older age. There wasn’t any ironing facility, no coffee maker and locker. Hotel location is far it cost us minicab on way back to Haram. Would recommend to book somewhere closer to Haram. The hotel is not at walking distance as pencilled on website.

Great hotel with free transportation 24/7 to alharam.. thanks to the reception team (Firas ) to extend my check out free of charge till 3pm

Stayed at the start of Ramadhan 1446 / start of March when nights are still aircon temp. The hotel was amazing, comfortable, with good service and the nicest Bangladeshi bell boys. It was a 30min straight walk to the Haraam (and shuttle buses that stop you at another bus stop to then take the yellow buses to the Clock tower basement) and within the Haraam boundary so terawih prayers were almost up to the hotel 🩷 Clean with a good toilet & toiletries.

Very nice Hotel. Not very far from Haram but also not near. Unfortunately the shuttle just goes to Kudai Station and from there you habe to take another bus. Room was ok. We did not like the bathroom as it did not have any cover once somebody take a shower. All in all - a very nice stay - and we will recommend. Please change the Shuttle Bus situation as elderly people could get lost. Thank you

Pleasant stay , 24/7 shuttle service,but during busy days like Friday got stuck in the traffic

We truly enjoyed our time there, and the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, which we greatly appreciated. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the parking situation. We were disappointed to learn that parking was not complimentary for guests who booked rooms at the hotel. Shuttle service needs to improved and needs to change it's route, Takes a long route.

Excellent hotel, near the haram. You have the choice, you can take the hotel shuttle or go by walk

It's very clean and organized. Friendly and luxury. Next time I will book again for my family

Good Amenities. Very Good hot Shower! Although Safety Deposit box is missing! Clean and Spacious Rooms. Friendly Staff. Recommended!

It was wonderful experience. Everything was neat and clean. They also provide shuttle service. Hotel is around 15-20 mins walk from Haram

I am satisfied with this reservation. But i would give an honest review because most of people would choose this place for Umrah or Hajj. This hotel is situated at a busy road and quite near from Masjid Al haram. If you are young and conciouse about value of money. This place is best. But it has a slight drawback if you are traveling with babies or elder people who could not walk, the route to makkah with bus is quite a hassel and not recommended for minors and elderly. But except this, the hotel is great and i am happy.
