Nice new hotel , not very close to Haram but there are shuttles right by hotel. Check in time is very late and reception is very slow to respond anytime. Good restaurant buffet but they told us 100 Saudi riyal but charged 120 ! Anyways beautiful entrance and clean small rooms. The best thing fresh colorful flowers in the lobby .

Excellent service by the hotel. We got upgraded to suite. Thanks courtyard Marriott. Definitely will book again if i’ll be in makkah

Good new hotel not so far from Haram. It is about 1km from. The service was great and the facilities is new. Shuttle bus available 24/7 and always available + efficient. Good price for a 5 star hotel in peak season. Got room with Makkah city view, clock tower and can see LMT hotel in distance. Will recommend to my friends and family and will stay again. Great hospitality, great hotel and services.

The bus service is very poor and does not adhere to the provided schedule. During prayer times, the buses remain halted for over 45 minutes. Upon returning to the Haram, the receptionist explained that buses are not permitted to operate outside the bus stand during prayer times. However, no proper bus schedule was provided to clarify this. Additionally, during our 3-day stay, the buffet breakfast offered almost the same items every day, showing little variety.

It was good stay, but there was an error on the booking system that my breakfast wasn't recognized by the hotel. Some inconvenience with the shuttle due to traffic change

Before the conclusion I will explain my situation. We arrived from Canada very tired. It took them hours to registered us. The woman in the front desk made a great gesture she offered us to upgrade to the « disability »room. The room was spacious. During all our stay the cleaning was not been done. Consequently, due to the dust, I had an asthma crisis and bronchitis. I asked several times to clean the house but, nothing has changed. At the end we shorten our stay from 10 to 6 days. We asked to be refund but it was refused. I choose Marriot hotel but I think even those names have no sense anymore,we are just numbers. No customer service anymore. It is sad knowing the amount of money that coast this travel .

This hotel nice for backpacker umroh ...the problem is just shuttle bus from hotel to Haram sometimes take 20 mnt bcz bus must be go to kudai and then change another bus again ...overall for hotel Good

this is a good hotel. and they have shuttle bus to go to and from Masjidil Haram

It’s near by haram bus runs every 30 minutes also you can get taxi only 2 mins drive 10 mins walk .staff was very helpful thank you so much it’s my family trip 2nd time this year.

الفندق رائع وشكل جميل ونظيف لكن الموقع يبعد قليلاً من الحرم المكي

Saya tidak melihat cacat di hotel ini kecuali bisanya yang memang cuma satu,tapi kita bisa ikut bis apapun arah ajyad yang melintasinya,pelayanan pegawai hotel mencerminkan ajaran Islam akhlak yang tinggi dan mulia

還好吧！因人而異，就是前台服務較冷漠，做衞生的還行，衞生間沒有通風系統，味道有點奇怪，設備還湊合，老闆很懂得投資，大廳展桌擺放花卉比較有藝術感

酒店有專門的大巴車，房間非常新，早餐也很不錯，性價比極高，推薦！
