Absolutely obnoxious staff! Especially the receptionist. Uneducated below average standards! 5 star hotel with 0 star service. No dignity at all what so ever, they serve pilgrims from all over the world and have no manners of treating them.. What you’re forgetting you are working for a 5 star hotel not a local hotel! So please, buckle up, and give the service for the SALARY YOU RECEIVE FROM MARRIOTT each month. Treat others as you wish to be treated.
1. No bus schedule, you can wait over an hour who cares!
2. Receptionists are a complete failure from the men to the women.
3. Breakfast was served in the rooms while we paid for the buffet.
4. It was difficult to breathe while there was no insulation in the rooms. (Windows do not open)
5. The breakfast was disgusting.
6. Rooms are average (I’ve seen better)
7. But upon leaving the staff wanted us to leave a good review (in other terms misguide people to come at this hotel, this is the reason why we had came to your hotel to misguide others??!) I rather be honest. (We don’t sell our dignity) we travelled for a good purpose.
8. They cannot be bothered at all to pick the calls up, even if it’s an urgent case.
9. House keeping are not to be seen. Basic toiletries given including the water which suppose to be complimentary right?
10. If you suffer from Asthma or any-allergies please, don’t come. As the room was dusty and the windows do not open, so the air circulates dust gathered since days or months.
11. The hotel seems so prestige and sparkling but reality begins in the rooms and the staff!
12. The downstairs bathrooms were filthy NO toilet paper, sooo unhygienic.
13. Be careful with any transaction at that hotel they give you one price, but charge you another it’s a simple way of, indirectly begging (why not just ask for the dollars).
14. They dislike kids at that hotel. They don’t know how to treat babies or children.
15. The hotel is far from the holy mosque, no local amenities.
16. Work is continuous outside and you can hear the bulldozers all day long. Regardless the rooms are soundproof.
17. It’s really puts an impact on one when choosing a hotel, so please be wise. Choose a hotel where the staff can see “That somebody” and hear them.
18. We couldn’t wait to leave. Thank god.
19. Staff snoop in the rooms so be very careful while going out. (Keep your personal belongings away)
20, toilets overflowing and one has to flush it a million times to unblock it.
THE STAFF ARE SKETCHY, ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONIST (a bunch of retards)

21, The best option to go is the, Le Meridian, Hilton was an excellent choice after the disaster of courtyard Marriott, their staff were well trained. Excellent service. Child friendly
The staff are unfit that’s the reality, when we got back we filed a complaint against the Marriott staff at courtyard (we’ll see how that goes) it’s good to complain directly at the main headquarters off Marriott, they were very fast to respond. (If anyone has a problem go directly to Marriott, trust me submit everything you can from phone calls, pictures, to everything, the main headquarters responded very quickly, the CEO should be aware. (Always get your attorney involved, especially matters which are related to health).
It was a trip ruined by the staff.
