The hotel room was spacious and clean. Check in and check out was hassle free... Easy to reach haram using the hotel bus which is available every 15 to 20 minutes 24/7 to and fro. The staff was very polite and helpfull. It was not expensive and affordable.

What a circus! Feces in the bathroom upon checkin. Bugs in room. Spots on carpet. No internet. No cell coverage in rooms. Rooms not cleaned for 3-4 days at a time. FD staff never answers calls. Rude and unprofessional staff. Don't speak English.

The hotel itself is satisfactory, but the breakfast experience was disappointing. The options were extremely limited, with boiled eggs being the only viable choice. Key items such as yogurt, cereals, milk, fresh fruits, and a proper toaster were notably absent, which significantly impacted the overall quality of the meal. Additionally, the hotel's location is quite far from Haram, and the daily travel became exhausting. I would highly recommend choosing accommodation closer to Haram to save time and energy. Regarding the shuttle service, it requires switching between two buses, and during peak hours, the buses are often overcrowded. This frequently resulted in waiting in line for over an hour. As a result, we resorted to using taxis, which took approximately 35 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. While the hotel has its merits, improvements in the breakfast offerings and proximity to Haram would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

Hotel good but no parking and they will not guide you where to park if you have no car then recommended to go and you will not find any parking nearby even paid.otherwise hotel is good staff is good and locate is also good.house keeping is good with no noise in room all lifts are operation only worst thing is no parking

An average hotel. A bit conjested and appearance is not the best. The carpet and the sofa in the room had marks all around. The mattress was not very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very ordinary with very limited food options. Could have stayed at a better place in this money. Australian dollars $130 for 2 nights we paid.

Im happy that i chose ramada by wyndham. Everything is superb from location to services. Special mention to the 24 hour shuttle service to haram. its extremely close to haram, just takes 5 minutes by shuttle and 15 minutes by walk. Its close to many good food places. I will choose again.

Reception, room and bathroom are at 2* level. The bedroom we had only had two single beds in it It has no swimming pool, gym, garden or any place to sit outside so it is definitely not a 4* standard hotel. Room service is also quite slow and unresponsive.

Excellent experience with very attractive price as compared to hotels very near to the Haram. Staff cooperation and communication was excellent. Location is not so bad, with excellent shuttle service 24 hrs. I would love to stay again. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Lobby area is spacious and very clean. Separate prayer hall was available.
