Its one of the biggest LIE. The rooms are not at all the one you see in the photos. What you see are photos of another project or another hotel. I felt betrayed. When I arrived, I immediately said to myself, I just got trapped, then I was in the room and I wanted to cry, hamdouallah we come with a calm state to do the pilgrimage. I changed the first room because it was unlivable and the second again it was bad. Imagine no sheets under the blanket, when we all know that blankets are not washable all the time in hotels. How can you lie and betray travelers with fake photos in a sacred place? In addition, the location to go to Mecca is passable, but be careful not all taxis can get there because the lower roundabout is often closed, I advise you to walk as much as possible before taking a taxi. All I say is Hasbiya Allah wani3ma el wakil ! Safe travels !

The Emaar Andalusia Hotel in Makkah offers a convenient location for Umrah, situated approximately 800 meters from Masjidil Haram. The surrounding area is vibrant, with a plethora of shops, food stores, and gift shops, catering to the diverse needs of visitors. During Ramadan, the hotel's road access restricted to one hour before and after prayers. The hotel itself is well-maintained, exhibiting cleanliness, and the staff are commendably friendly and helpful.

Very close to Haram, but very busy and too much hustle and bustle. Preferred Ajyad street which is easier to get to by car. Most taxi don’t go to Ihathim Khaleel road. But hotel is decent and verbally clean for a cheap place to stay near Haram in Makkah. We paid on average about £100 per night ( family of four)

This hotel is pretty close to the haram gate 86 to 89. So the location is convenient. Hotel rooms are tiny and there is hardly a place to even stand up properly ( if like us you go into a triple single bedroom) Service is probably okay for 2 star hotel that it is. Make sure you carry your own USB phone charging plug because the ones in the hotel rooms do not work or if your lucky to to have a USB port then it is extremely slow and is useless. This hotel is probably okay for a group of young male/females or a single person but not for families with children. Even the television sets do not work in the bedrooms. Price is probably okay if you book in advance but not worth it if you just walk in to a hotel and pay the full price.

Location and price wise ok. But do not expect any customer support and get ready to stay in a cramped space.

An Excellent location and value for money. Excellent 3STAR hotel, reasonable size rooms, our room was very clean and the toilet was clean too. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Our AC was not working but it was fixed promptly. Given the excellent location and price and cleanliness, we would stay there again…

Reception staff are very awful.

location is excellent during Ramadan as prayer rows comes to hotel door the room is tightly small and cant accommodate 2 persons by any mean even no space to pray if you missed a pray in holy mosque toilet is extremely squeezing the space for luggage prevent door opening and during exit and entry to room you should slide your self through the snugly open door. Perfect Arabic coffee and dates at Ramadan breakfast. Restaurant is outside the hotel in a nearby twin hotel of Emaar group few steps walking the buffet is excellent. All reception staff lacks professionalism except Miss Atheer she dealt with my case of shifting Sohor meal to breakfast meal due to early checkout
