This is the best location hotel for nightlife. And if you are a guest here, you get a secret entrance into the Filling Station to skip the queues outside as well, which there are hour queues at peak times. Live music is literally all around this hotel, and don't worry—it won't keep you up at night. The only noise is from traffic. The hotel is very clean and has very accommodating staff. The only thing that was weird was the bellboy, who literally lives inside the elevator. It's kinda creepy. No hotel I've ever been to has someone in the elevator 24 hours a day. It was offputting, honestly, and I felt sorry for him. He looked like he was suffering from the heat. Other than that, no complaints. I strongly recommend this over the outdated hotels nearby. Keep in mind the bars all allow smoking, and the street is pretty sleazy. I wouldn't recommend bringing family/kids anywhere near this location.

Everything's Good and fine and thank you for Ms. Pat for always helping to assist. And for the staff of Bellagio. Great Stay! Will definitely comeback to this hotel. Nice place to stay. The cleanliness, comfortable hotel the restaurant to eat.

The great fortune of the "Cafe Cubano" is that around this place no one knows how to cook or do their job. Food, service, cocktails, and taking care of the customer first. The food is a wonderful opportunity not to be missed as everything is excellent - as always.

My bf and I went to this place after our two weeks vacation in Samar. We always come back here every time we visit makati as it's the convenient place to stay if you want to enjoy and visit bars around the area. Will definitely choose this place again next time. In fact, we extended our stay there for another day. Was worth it.

Royal Bellagio in P Burgos is complete joke of a hotel. I stayed a couple of times in the course of 2021-2022 and found the single lift broken for almost the entire 18 month period. There was no warning about this and they happily let you book in and put you on high floors without mentioning that you will have to walk up. The porter staff tried to hide to avoid carrying clients cases, and who could blame them. Anyway - roll forward to early 2024. I booked a top (15th) floor suite and jokingly asked if the lift was fixed, to which the reply was that they had a brand new one ... So I booked in and went downstairs to Cubana for late lunch, only to find that the lift was suddenly under maintenance. That lasted just an hour or so, and so wasn't too bad, I waited for the repairs. Tonight I went out to dinner, returning at 1.30am to find the lift broken and stuck on the 7th floor. Initially I told the reception staff that I'd be sleeping on the 3rd floor reception sofa, but after getting my breath back I struggled up to the 15th floor stopping every 3-4 flights to get my breath back (I'm 72). Needless to say I shall be asking for a total refund and a good will cash gesture - I will let you know how that one goes ...
