Were couple originally our check in date was 26-28 with white app and then we changed our checkin date to 25 so to make long story short the changes with white app didnt go through,so what happened was we booked our hotel with trip.com the only available is twin bed from 25-26 but the front desk ladies is so kind since the superior double is available they just change the room from twin bed to superior double front desk ladies is so friendly but their tv doesnt have netflix its something venerable the tv at the sofa doesnt have cable even if its working but its useless we rqstd spoon and fork but doesnt have any they said that it will be under cafeteria cause its on different management but all good

The WiFi connection was unfortunately quite poor, and the rooms didn’t have windows that could be opened, which was a bit disappointing. However, the room itself was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay quite comfortable overall.

First, the price is really affordable which I liked. They ask for a security deposit of 500 Philippine Pesos upon check-in and ask for your I.D. I took the hostel option and got assigned a bunker bed in a room with 10 other people There's air conditioning and amenities but insanitary toilet, kitchen, etc. Most of my roommates left the place right after the next day and transferred somewhere else. Just look at the photos.

If you'll book the cheapest, be mindful that you'll have the least amenities or nothing at all. The disappointing part is they don't clean or change sheet the bed for new customer. They will just place (not even arrange well) towel and blanket. The shower area seems like they haven't cleaned since day one. The location suited for those who wanted near terminals, groceries, markets, and malls. The girls staff(receptionists) are nice, but the boys staff are noisy, barely rest because we could hear their conversation. The ******* staff who seems to be maintainance is lazy to check the available beds and is lazy to even arrange beds. Lastly, the two men (not sure if ***) that look like they have higher position there, they are unprofessional in handling conflict situations. They even accused a foreigner of shouting even though we could clearly hear how loud their voice is. They can defend themselves in a professional way, but they seem like they have poor manners on that part as they portray that they are victims. Overall, they should hire new staff who know to remain quiet and professional whatever reasons. Had terrible experience with this suit. But good location for those awaiting their departure. Recommend to get higher price if you want better experience than mine.

One of the worst hotels (if you can call it that) I've ever been to. The room smelled like mold, leaking pipes, and damp towels. I was gagging the entire time I was there that I ended up leaving and just sleeping in my car. There's no hot water, no slippers, no complimentary bottled water. There were only two parking slots and it's near the highway. I will need therapy for staying here

Poor. Not clean. Smells cigarettes. Interior needs to be changed. Too old. Plenty if molds. Not recommended.

The location and price is good. But the air-conditioning in that room I stayed in is not working well.

The place is Spacious, but the cleanliness of the restrooms and bathroom are not on point

Room is very cozy and clean. The location is accessible and easy to find. The common areas are great, too!

It was convenient and near the airport. I would say I had a relaxing time. However, they forgot to put towels and had to ask for it. But in all it was fine

The service is fine and facilities are good, but there is an issue in the hotel about their rates.Its tricky because they are not visible on the actual cost of hotel rates. The hotel information they provided in the app.is not correct and they did not even bother to inform trip.com that the information in the app is not correct, that leads to misunderstanding in the hotel reception and it cost you to.pay more before you.can check.
