We had a one-night stay at San Agustin Residences near the famous clubs in Poblacion, Makati, and it was a great experience. The location is good—just a short walk to the vibrant nightlife. The 24-hour front desk service was convenient and helpful. The room was clean, though there were a few minor areas that could have been improved, so I rated cleanliness 4/5. Service was friendly and efficient. The amenities were good, with everything I needed for a short stay. Overall, a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy the nightlife in Poblacion.

Of the pros, I can highlight the good attitude of the owner. Of the cons, the biggest minus is that there is no hot water, which means you won't be able to wash yourself. This is a huge minus.

The hotel has a bad location. It is impossible to live. There is no hot water. The room on the other side faces the bushes. I do not recommend.

The room looks simple and minimalistic. I liked it there. I was able to sleep well and get food delivery with ease. Not far from the airport too. Wifi is good too! Staff is friendly and responsive.

Very accommodating and clean stay

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Very nice. . I like the last floor where you can walk around and sightseeings..Receptionist is very accommodating..Room are very clean..Only I realised that there is no toiletries where I see in my booking that those are included.. Overall 9 out 10..

My stay at the hotel was as I expected from previous reviews. Good value and in a location that allowed me to visit places around Makati and wander through the local, low-rise streets of Población.  Each staff member I interacted with was friendly, polite and keen to help. I received a nice welcome when I arrived and a different gentleman advised me on what time to leave to get to the airport on time.  The hotel was my last stop after two months in the Philippines and it left me with a positive impression, being one of the best value accommodations I found.  The room had a comfortable bed and pillows. It was very clean and had adequate furniture. The bathroom had a shower curtain and bath mat. The air con was noisy but I used this to disguise the constant traffic noise which was the only downside.  I enjoyed having a beer on the rooftop at sunset - especially as the fridge kept my beers super chilly! There was also a kettle and mugs.  Thanks to all the team for a happy and memorable stay in Población - I appreciate your hard work.

Nice place to stay affordable. Quiet room and clean

It’s a nice hotel. Everything is clean, but the stuff was not very nice. 

Location was good and staff friendly. Felt safe. Air conditioner worked ok. Had ants in the room.m towels were small and no toilet paper

It’s my second time staying here, I spent 3 weeks here and had no disturbances whatsoever. The location is in the heart of the poblacion party/bar area with just a 5 min walk to many places around. Theres a 7/11 less than 3 mins walking. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Manila!
