Good service and clean room with balcony. Adequate facilities including mini-bar fridge. Ideal location with lots of essential outlets nearby within convenient walking distance.

We had a one-night stay at San Agustin Residences near the famous clubs in Poblacion, Makati, and it was a great experience. The location is good—just a short walk to the vibrant nightlife. The 24-hour front desk service was convenient and helpful. The room was clean, though there were a few minor areas that could have been improved, so I rated cleanliness 4/5. Service was friendly and efficient. The amenities were good, with everything I needed for a short stay. Overall, a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy the nightlife in Poblacion.

The hotel has a bad location. It is impossible to live. There is no hot water. The room on the other side faces the bushes. I do not recommend.

The room looks simple and minimalistic. I liked it there. I was able to sleep well and get food delivery with ease. Not far from the airport too. Wifi is good too! Staff is friendly and responsive.

Very accommodating and clean stay

This place is a gem, situated near end of P.Burgos St. There is no true parking space as the ramp in fron fo the building is a side walk according to the receptionist, but rest assure a cctv is mounted to keep an eye on your vehicle (I parked my scooter) and for added security, the Brgy will close the gate at the evening, accessible at the other street pass a police station. There is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep, so a little cardio workout going up,. I chose the 3rd floor a corner room, which is a bit small but given the price is still a good deal. The interior of the room is all white, with 3 LED ceiling lights located near the door, and at the bedroom. Placed to create either a slightly dim to full bright lighting. There's a mini ref, so bringing in foods and drinks are allowed. There are mugs, spoons, forks, and glasses. There is a cable tv, and the aircon is still new. Bed is comfy foam a bit sagging but still good to sleep on. Pillows are basic, bed sheet is a bit thin but sufficient (mag hug na lang or set the aircon thermostat to low). There's hot shower. No bidet provided for the water closet. You need to bring your own slippers as there is none provided. 2 towels, small bar of soap, and tissue as bathroom essentials. What's great is this residence has a covered roof deck with tables and chairs good for evening leisure or simply taking picturesque shots of the surrounding city skyline. The location is also quiet and you can request a non smoking room/ floor. Over all I give this place a 9/10. The parking and the stairs as wanting. But I'd still book a room here everytime I need a day or two of escape to the busyness of work.
