This Premier Inn is a good one. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park was on the limit of being full, but we parked ok. The building and room were tidy and clean. Everything in the room worked like it should and the bed was comfortable. I particularly liked being able to open the window to get fresh air in. Although it is on the main road and our room was on the front traffic noise was not an issue. Only had a continental breakfast, but it was fine. Only issue is the slow toaster, but that is the same in all premier inns! I’d happily stay there again.

The building needs updating inside and out as does the restaurant. Area right outside the entrance seems to be a smokers seating area. Parking area is poorly laid out and no clear signage to entrance. Check-in very slow and cumbersome. Room and bed were ok but shower/bath water was only tepid. Sink was ok. Fan on all night. Noise from people arriving/leaving at 0130 and outside on phone at 0200.

The room is as expected. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. This is a relatively small Premier Inn, but with off-road parking it does what is needed. The bathroom is perfectly clean, with extremely high water pressure for the shower which we found fantastic. The room wasn't huge, when the bed for the fourth person was in place there isn't much room left.

I had a wonderful stay here - the staff were very welcoming, friendly and on-hand to help. The room was nice - clean and tidy with everything I needed. Overall, I had a great experience - would definitely come back again or recommend to a friend.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is well-suited for families, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. We enjoyed a relaxing lounge and savor delicious meals at the on-site restaurant and bar. Highly recommended hotel. Will definitely come back.

great stay! felt really comfortable and the rooms were all lovely and clean and staff made us feel so welcome throughout the trip, wonderful hotel and services. would stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area. thank you so much for a lovely stay

I recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent customer care. Bella and her staff made sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend it! The rooms were very well cleaned. Everything was spotless, which is very important for me and my family.

Rude member of staff in the evening, check in was a chore, any questions asked was met with rolling eyes or felt like an effort to answer. it seemed like he did not want to be there. I asked for an Iron, and was met with rolling eyes - did not expect to feel like a nuisance The room itself smelt and the bath was dirty.
