Premier Inn Maidstone Town Centre

We stayed for two nights and both were amazing. We had a quick check in and were welcomed warmly on the 18th by a young girl who was super polite and talkative and she explained how to use the car park. The second night there was a blonde lady named Charle I believe and a man with long ish hair who served us who were both very polite and quick with service and also making sure to other better deals for us if we were to have a few more drinks in the bar area. The rooms were great and the beds were super comfortable. We also had a great breakfast before we left for the journey home.

Late booking due to family bereavement. KIRSTY on reception was extremely sympathetic and helpful on both days of our stay. She is a credit to Premier Inn. Location of hotel to the centre is a 10 minute walk across the River. Only downside was bar being closed before 10.45 pm on a Saturday evening.

Great Purple Palace with all the usual facilities. Good rooms which are clean and there is aplenty of parking. Don’t forget to register the car details on the machine next to the entrance. The guy on reception was very helpful and had an overall good experience

We were greeted by Very friendly and professional staff, who went above and beyond to make our breakfast experience memorable. Freshly prepared breakfast..The food was delicious, well presented and everything was clean. First class service, will return next month, as great for location and parking, close to local amenities.

Excellent service in the restaurant from all the staff, especially Paola. Very polite and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s nice to see staff smiling and doing a great job for all the hotel guests. Would recommend the Premier Inn, London Road, Maidstone. Great stay, thanks
