The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

A very comfortable hotel but Harry and Anthony helped make my stay that little bit extra special. Nightshift making sure us guests are kept save and we had some great conversations Very refreshing meeting like-minded people Will stay again next time I am in town

On arrival we were greeted by a really cheery pair of receptionist called Lisa and Sarah and they couldn't be more helpful and always smiling the whole time. Would recommend to friends and family definitely. Nice clean rooms and facility's.

The staff at this hotel made me feel so welcomed ☺️ had no trouble parking my car Top Tip if car park full they do have a overflow car park in Asda just next to the hotel, checking in was quick and easy male reception staff explained dinner times and breakfast, I did decided to have dinner in the the restaurant which I enjoyed, next day I had breakfast love the pancakes with fruit 😀 all the staff at this hotel are a credit and when above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and welcome

Jordon and Scott friendly helpful and very professional credit to the company thanks very much will be back on more occasions as service very good I thoroughly recommend this hotel as service is top draw I will be coming back regularly thanks
