Prestige Alanya ( Ex. Euphoria Comfort Beach Alanya )

- food is terrible. if you’re english and even a little fussy you’ll struggle here, i’ve never been anywhere with so much choice but it’s all horrible. seems to be no frier in the dining area so there’s no chips or anything like that. maybe they cater to different peoples tastes ? even simple things like chocolate sauce tastes like cardboard !! also if they have one nice thing (the ice cream) you have to queue for AGES and people push in or one guy asked for 9! 9 ice creams, and they gave him them! - wine is disgusting if wine is your drink of choice choose another hotel!! - queues for lifts as there’s only a couple of lifts for the whole building and you can only have 4 people in a lift - bottled water comes in 330ml plastic bottles so you need like 6 a day, seems a waste of plastic - also the cups are single use plastic and the pool bar plates - some reviews are written with a member of staff there so feel obliged to leave a good review - not many british people, not an issue for us but if you wanted to chat with english speaking people more then this isn’t the place for you - sun loungers always bagsied early at pool so always end up on chairs as not enough loungers

British avoid at all costs! Me and my partner travelled here with our 5 month old baby and it was an awful stay. Reception staff extremely rude and unhelpful, our room was dirty and the bathroom drain smelt like someone had been to the toilet in it, the smell was that bad that it would stink the full room out unless the bathroom door was closed. We asked for a room change and the lady on reception acted like she had no idea what I was saying and basically just told us to deal with it but she would send a cleaner up to put a cleanser through the drain, which didn’t work and the smell was back within hours. Kettles don’t come standard with a room which iv never heard of before, this was a nightmare as we needed a kettle to make the baby’s bottles. We had to wait 2 hours for a kettle to become available, which by that point we had a very hungry baby. Beds are standard however no proper bedding on beds only the rough blanket which goes on the bottom of the bed. Hotel is full of Russians who are extremely rude, there isn’t much catered for the English especially the food. Food was the same thing over and over and definitely low standard for a supposed 5 star. This area of Alanya is all quite ran down - it’s about 10 mins drive into the more local area and this was a lot better - however the usual of being dragged into shops when you don’t want to and then being hauled abuse when you refuse to buy anything. This hotel is a 2-3 star at most - definitely not a 5 star family holiday, think it needs a good deep clean and a renovation and maybe get some kettles that you don’t have to put money down for - little things like this you expect at a 5 star hotel. Wouldn’t return.

Pool & slides are really good! food is shocking so make sure you’re bringing extra money with you to eat out. Snack bar is okay, just wish it was that food all day in the main restaurant. Ali is the best from the entertainment team he is great and very kind. Entertainment at the evening is also great too!! Overall I would recommend this hotel the food just lets it down a little bit. Had a great 2 weeks here though.

Animation team is good: Nur good girl, alican and aytac and Sibel friendly so much, we play dart game, volleyball, morning gym, all nice activities, every day gonna be magic show, disco dance and more activities.I like music )Thanks for animation team

Please avoid at all cost especially if you're British!. Ignorant staff, no decent food. all catered for the Russians. In fact the hotel was full of them. Very rude Ignorant people. Sunbeds placed on top of each other. Beach is dangerous with a bad undercurrent. Try not to drown because the 2 lifeguards sleep all day. No clean towels in room. Room don't get cleaned whilst holiday. No toilet roll. Had to ask at reception and even them we didn't get any. Worst food ever, OK if you're on a diet because there's nothing edible. The best thing was the Turkish bath. Definitely avoid I know we will!! No drinks machine. Even had to queue for coffee to get a small paper cup! Definitely the worst hotel in Turkey I've ever been to!

As an English man travelling to a foreign country I want to embrace the culture and foods that are native to that country, Euphoria comfort beach hotel provided that in troves! The food took some getting used to but once you find what you like it is really good! The rooms were nice, clean beds and sheets and well maintained bathrooms. Yes, if you look hard enough then you would notice some cleanliness issues but the only time I was in the room was when I was sleeping or showering so didn't bother me one bit. The hotel/bar staff are very friendly and welcoming, they were not perfectly fluent in English but why would they be? They live in Turkey and their main source of tourism is Eastern Europe and Russia. They treat you with the same level of respect you treat them with regardless of language barriers. The entertainment team were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and interactive, they organised a roster of games to play every day and always made it a very fun experience. All in all, Euphoria comfort beach Hotel made my first holiday to Turkey one that I will never forget! Absolutely amazing and will definitely go back there, especially if the same entertainment team are still there!
