Booked welcome hotel for group for our group of 50 people , currently staying in the hotel ( room no 4008 ) . Was in there restaurant and the staffs are very polite, the swimming pool and the beach is amazing and even the restaurants are great , front office staffs are have a excellent hospitality services, the food were excellent and the rooms were so good it was quite comfortable to stay

Booked welcome hotel for our group of 50 people, currently staying in the hotel (Room No. 4006). Was in there restaurant and the staff is only there for money and to not provide quality services and are rude. They don't want to provide food and the food is bad and bland. When we complaint to the chef Mr. Arun Kumar Singh he communicated with us in a rude manner and said "Khanna hain to Khao varna niklo". I urge people travelling to Mahabalipuram/Chennai to not visit this hotel and book a decent one instead.

It was very good and fun , the swimming pool and the beach is amazing and even the restaurants are great . The foods were excellent and the rooms were so good it was quite comfortable to stay . The workers were very kind and helpful in the bugee , room service. It was one of my favourite resorts .

We were booked into this Hotel as it was half way between our next stop and then a return to the airport to another destination We were zigzagging across Kerala and staying in some amazing and unforgetable hotels during our three weeks. Sadly this Hotel is unforgateable for all sorts of reasons. We were booked into a Garden Cottage Room, and pre our trip I looked at the reviews and photos on TA. What in reality is definately not shown. Most of the photographs shown are from 2017 and beyond. The whole Hotel is in need of a good overhaul. The bathroom in our room had huge amounts of black mould, everywhere, and albeit it was not dirty it actually looked tired and unkempt/ no mainteance levels at all I am sure. The towels were nearly threadbare. The restaurant area is like a cafeteria and the "free breakfast" and service is under-par compared to the other hotels we stayed in. We did not eat our evening meal there opting to go and ask the concierge where could we go locally because it looked so uninviting. Indeed the local restaurant suggestd was 15 minute taxi ride away. The swimming pool area certainly did not look like the photographs either. Tired inneed of renovation work. The gardens were pleasant enough and there were ladies tending to the gardens and plants. There was a corporate event being set up alongside the beach bar area, so we were not able to either view the beach, nor have a drink by the beach bar when we arrived at the hotel. Opting to have a cup of tea in our room..... The area around this Hotel is up and coming and hopefully in time this hotel will be refurbished, but as it stands to date we didnt enjoy our stay
