stay was very comfortable, hotel ambience was good.
Bit congested road and limited parking but the hotel staff ensured the parking facility.
Over all it's a good choice

We stayed there for a day and got very good service. The room was very clean and the service and behavior of the staff was also very good. 👍 😊

The property was an ordinary one overly priced...we booked 2 rooms same price different size rooms..1 was very conjusted mattress wer not comfortable..sheets wer not clean..food was terrible..not at all recommended.Dustbins broken ..flush not working properly.Cleanliness was average..it was like staying in a budget hotel not a resort.Spoiled my holidays..

Amazing hotel with good hospitality. Food was great and the staff took good care of us. It's close to the market. Very homely hotel with good caring staff. Rooms were big and clean. Only problem is check in is 10am and we reached by bus at 6am. They did offer us a hearty breakfast on the day we reached.

Hotel location was in very rushed area, small place for car enters. Food was too average. Prons is near by central market and having good baby play area. Staff are so good. Cons are room cleaners was not bad condition. Hotel enter area.

The experience at pratap heritage was good. But we noticed the below drawback - no lift, parking was on the roadside, some basic amenities like complementary water and toiletries were not upto the hotel standards as presented in mmt app, services like hot water for bathing are not available 24 hours because of solar geysers.

Room was not proper, bad sheet was dirty and murud on it, service was good but person on reception counter was seams rude, without paying. Food quality also worst. I never had food like this in other hotels where ever i go. Room quality was bad and pricing was high. Timing for swimming was also 4 hour only in whole day like 2 hour in morning and 2 hour in evening, non of hotels do that, this was my worst stay and i don't want to visit again here
