Citrus Chambers Mahabaleshwar

We stayed in Ripon suite, the top most premium suite. Overall experience was lovely. It's a heritage property converted into hotel. It is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious with amenities like 24 x 7 hot water, tea/Coffee maker, minibar, toiletries, AC, heaters, king sized bed. The room was clean, neatly maintained. There was some stink (sort of dampness)initially, but it was gone in few minutes with fans kept ON. The staff was very friendly, courteous and eager to help. Checkin , checkout process was seamless. room service was prompt. Calls were attended quickly. The food was excellent, portions were good. Multi cuisine variety was available. Buffet Breakfast spread was good. The property has huge car park, spa, bar, swimming pool. It was throughout raining outside and very cloudy but very serene atmosphere. Tuesdays there is local market and the last approach road is closed. One needs to park nearby and walk to the hotel. It's just 2 mins walk. The hotel staff helped us to park the car and carry luggage to hotel. Overall, it was wonderful experience. 2 points for improvement- Matresses are very soft. Hard mattress option should be available for someone who like hard beds. Minibar though complimentary can have more and better items.

We stayed during September 2024 for two nights. 5 reasons why I loved my stay and 3 things that can be improved. Firstly, 5 reasons why I loved my stay: 1. Property: Nice spread out property with old building structure that gives it a very classic look. 2. Location: Walking distance from the mahabaleshwar market 3. Rooms: Large and clean rooms with all amenities provided. Wifi connection and tv connectivity was good. 4. Food: excellent breakfast. Both days’ menu was different and everything was tasty. For food ordered from restaurant, the prices were affordable thought the quantity could be improved. 5. Service : the staff was courteous and willing to serve. Now, 3 things that can be improved: 1. Spa: The spa room was dingy and looked unclean. Despite us wanting to avail the service we decided not to after seeing the spa room. 2. Indoor games : since we visited during monsoons, it would have been nice to have some indoor recreation as well like snooker/ billiards, table tennis, etc. 3. Car wash: it would be nice to have someone wash the cars from outside so that guests can leave in a clean looking car.

Good Decent property well located in the centre, all is well if it is not a market day, it was Tuesday, the street leading to hotel gets coverted in market and no traffic zone. The access to hotel is only by walk. We had to remove our car early in morning, park in different parking outside the hotel and post checkout had to walk through market with luggage and, it rained.. so avoid this property for checkin or checkout on Tuesday the market day

Staff assistance was supportive and breakfast quality was excellent. Room was having vintage theme. Ample options available for the breakfast for with veg and non veg. Check in and check out procedure were fast. E cycle are available to explore the property at extra cost

Excellent ambiance of the Boutique hotel The Chambers. We found very courteous staff. B/F was king size it was truly 5*.They have a awesome menu for Lunch and Dinner. At Booking Ms.Pinki was very prompt and very cooperative. We booked Junior suites. Request the management to include 1 more meal during the stay at the same cost or Give more discount during off season.

We really liked the stay with chambers. Food was upto the mark. Rooms are cosy and children’s play area is the charm to the place. I had a great time with my family there. You can plan to stay if really confused about the properties in Mahabaleshwar.
