We contacted the hotel to cancel due to a delayed flight, meaning we wouldn’t have arrived in time. They did not respond.

Brought two boys for holiday and joined the one day activities with elephant. Done the rafting, elephant bathing and jungle walk in the morning, then lunch at the waterfall. We swam there and left at 2pm. Room was available by then. There were some small insects in the room but it was acceptable. The balcony was good and relaxing. We had dinner at the only restaurant and the taste was good. Will recommend others to join this special camp.

If you are looking for a rustic adventure, then this is for you. The cabin was basic and had a wetroom, however the view was gorgeous. A peaceful and soul soothing environment. There are many activities offered, we opted for the elephant wake up call, the bamboo rafting and the ride up to the old temple. Breakfast is included. The Tawan restaurant makes phenomenal Khao Soi, I'd recommend going there for lunch. The staff we absolutely fantastic! They are so friendly, helpful and genuine! I would definitely recommend this as a rustic getaway adventure!

Good experience with my family. All staff are nice, relaxing environments and the food was delicious. Will come again!

For the special experience, it is worthy to take a hour car-driving. Elephant morning call is special moment and more than our imagination. Moreover all the service staffs are nice and sweet to do more than we expect. Nice place! Strongly recommend !

An sich ein ruhiges entspanntes Hotel, leider abends keine Beschäftigung. Die Elefanten Gehege sind zu klein. Die Elefanten werden gut behandelt. Essen sehr lecker im Restaurant!!

這次入住的酒店遠超預期。起初我們是衝著看大象來的，對房間沒抱太高期望，結果打開房間時很是驚喜，整體接近自然的感覺差不多能和國內著名的普洱小熊貓莊園媲美，可普洱小熊貓莊園的價格卻是這家酒店的好幾倍。 房間內設施雖然比較簡單，但勝在乾淨整潔。大象叫早是一次超棒的體驗，竟然來了兩衹可愛的大象。園區裏生活着十幾衹大象，它們的生活環境看起來相當自由，白天能看到它們去嬉水池洗澡、玩水，有時還在樹林裏活動。不過到了晚上，大象腳上會拴着鏈子，待在大象棚裏。 園區內配套齊全，設有酒吧、兩個餐廳以及一個禮品店，是附近規模較大的度假村，至少是我在周邊看到的最大的一家。非常推薦大家來這裏，有豐富多樣的大象互動活動可供選擇。

我真的愛上這個飯店，入住的第一天我就希望下次再來好好感受三天，真的太美了，坐在陽台聽溪流的聲音，空氣超級好，早上的大象叫起床也是好開心，只能說太棒了！！！怕冷的人可以入住後趕快先梳洗，晚上氣溫比較低一些，整體來說，下次還想再去住，非常放鬆

餐廳消費非常合理，可樂一瓶只要25泰銖，山上的小木屋也不貴整潔就別要求太多了，大象很可愛，山林的景色很美，記得帶雙好走的鞋來，然後現在有行李搬運的服務真的是非常感恩（之前網路上寫的是沒有）

조금 멀지만 코끼리와함께 한 최고의 경험이었습니다. 코끼리가깨워주는 모닝콜!! 강츄~

房間佷好，乾淨。環境大自然。很難聯繫工作人員因為他們衹在入口。住宿離入口大約1公里的路程。房間也沒有電話。如果有任何問題一次性問然後就自由走路活動。
