Handy opposite the shops. Has a large pool and a gym but I had now time to use. Breakfast is a little pricey if not included in the room.

The hotel is located at the prime area which is easily accessible to Robinson, Gas Station, Makro and restaurants. Very convenient. Swimming pool is also nice and clean. Only poor service is from the Thai lady at the reception who was not welcoming the guests, not speaking nicely and her facial expression was kind of rude. Cleaning service is okay. Breakfast is quite expensive compared to the food outside. Generally, this hotel is very worth staying.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time and once again found it to be well-located. Walking distance to nearby shopping center, quiet rooms, friendly staff, and convenient parking available. Overall, a reliable choice for accommodation.

This is my first time staying at this brand hotel. The first impression of the hotel was its big compound and airy and spacious lobby. The front desk were helpful and attentive. I made a quick booking at the lobby via Trip.com and in less than 5 minutes I received my booking confirmation. My booking was for two nights including breakfast. The breakfast spread was decent with both western and Thai food. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. You know you’re in a good hotel when you find a huge umbrella and an emergency torchlight in the room amenities. This hotel sells their room quite quickly. Please book in advance. Will stay here when I am up in Mae Sot, Tak again.

Every things are good except the last day on 31/12 there has celebrated New Year theme let’s go too long till midnight the music is so loud trouble the guests in the hotel.

As family traveling, we love this hotel so much. It has everything that we need. I Think this is the only hotel that has all the necessary things we need with the acceptable price. Good place to stay, it has swimming pool, nice meals, nice people and near to Robinson to shops around, restaurants are a few minutes to walk across the road as well. We love it, thank you very much.
