Great stay in Mae Hong Son, boss gives you a great little hand drawn map :)

The Guest House was within easy walking distance from the lake and night market. The room was good (beds quite hard but that’s ok with me), towels, kettle etc. so we were quite comfortable. I have to say though the bathroom wasn’t good; it felt grubby and the tiled floor spongy with water. There was loo roll but no shampoo etc. this aspect really needs to be improved. The central guest area was good with tables and chairs, fruit, hot water and plates and cutlery so you could use the area any time of day. I used the washing machine (40 baht) and dried it o the back balcony

Very kind staff they can speak English and very helpful, everything was clean, very good location

賓館服務人員態度很好，很樂助，而位置也不錯，到附近夜市和Saiyud 市場都很近，房間很大，價格便宜，所以要求不高！

Нас ждали чтобы поселить, сразу дали карту города и достопримечательностей. Постирали одежду за 40 бат, парковка бесплатная, чайник есть, номер просторный, на одну ночь хорошо

좀오래된건 건물 이지만 깨끗하고 조용하게 보네다 갑니다 가격 대비 만족합니다

건물은 오래 되었지만 비교적 깔끔했으며 사장님,직원 모두 친절 했습니다.

My friend and I stayed three nights in this structure, which is very simple and basic but clean and well equipped with comforts including hot shower, kettle and coffee sachets for the morning, towels. The manager is a lovely person, he helped us find a ride to go to Pai upon our departure. he also found us a trekking guide one day and a private driver for a tour of the area another day.

Boondee House is located perfectly in the centre of town which makes it easy to access everything that's there to do and see in Mae Hong Son. There's plenty of parking for cars and motorcycles on the property which was amazing. The room is spacious with the bathroom at the back being very clean. The owner is absolutely amazing, giving us all the ins and outs of what to do not only in the city but the surrounding area. He gave us even 2 maps he's created showing all the hidden gems. Highly recommend this place as it's great value for money!
