The hotel place were very slient and calm sleep i recommend safe stay here for food you can downwards restaurant available and oud side also shop available

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was good. The service was good, as it had restaurant it was more comfortable

Poorly maintained property. Outdated with no improvement and not living upto the current trend.
1. There were cockroaches in all 3 rooms that we stayed.
2. The bedsheets, although clean, are pathetic. Very old and with stains.
3. Towels are unusable, very rough due to heavy use and multiple washes.
3. Bathroom tiles are badly maintained. Cleaning staff does not clean mirrors.
4. There are no complimentary drinking water bottles.
5. Window screen sheets are bad as well.
6. One of the hotel front desk staff was rude, while others were polite.
Overall, the hotel needs revamp.
The food at the restaurant is really good. Good location, part of main city.

It was a pleasant stay at hotel arasan sapthagiri, good staff members and the friendly nature of them was so nice. The food there was also very nice.

Lot of mosquitoes and small size cockroaches. Not happy with room. Breakfast has options in complimentary

No wifi and telephone disconnected so unable to call for any service, staff are not friendly. Overall bad experience

Bed sheet was not clean, when asked for changing it the receptionist mentioned it will be like that only. Hot water is available only in the morning. With a kid it was very horrible not having hot water when we wanted to wash him. Hotel staffs are not helping . I have stayed here earlier and the staffs were good. So i booked it again and felt the difference in staff behaviour when booked in-person. Overall is a bad experience and not going to choose this hotel again

Hotel arasan sapthagiri hotel is very good. Prime location. Good cleanliness, management good, food good, polite staff members. I really loved it. Me & my parents are very happy to stay here.
