酒店地理位置很好，出行和吃飯都很方便，酒店所在大樓的大木門門牌實際是7，右邊有酒店名稱按鍵，進來後酒店在二樓，有電梯按1層，接待老哥很熱情，服務周到。 設施：相對比較新 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：酒店內有24小時免費茶水間提供咖啡茶水和小點心 服務：不是24小時有工作人員在，偏民宿類型的酒店，但是工作人員在店時間熱情周到，服務不錯！

在市區裏 環境很好 建議旅行入住

The good thing about this place is the location :) .. the rooms are not too small or spacious for 2 people but adequate with decent size bathroom.. The reception guy was nice and explained patiently different kinds of keys to use and rules :) However no one was available after 2:00 or 4:00 pm at reception desk. Although a common kitchen/cafeteria area is maintained where a vending machine, fridge etc. are kept with couple of tables to eat our own food or breakfast , there was no sink to wash and vending machine wasn't working properly for some time. I would still give 4 stars

My friend and I were both so happy with our stay here! The room was modern and clean, with AC, a comfortable bed, great shower, and two balconies. It's right in centre so we didn't even have to use public transport once. The owners were also very nice and extremely helpful. Although it is in a lively street, most sound is blocked out with the windows closed. They also have free-to-use secure luggage lockers which were a big plus!

Es de agradecer que no te engañen en los servicios de hostelería. La Zona te da lo que vas buscando: una habitación limpia, cómoda, agradable, bien climatizada, con un baño "cuco" y suficiente. Gel + champú incluidos y toallas que hacen honor a su nombre. Muchos hoteles "estrellados " deberían de tomar nota! Céntrico a más no poder. Si vas a Madrid de turisteo por unos días es el lugar ideal. Excelente el servicio de recepción. Un detalle, no menor, es que te den las llaves 🔑 para que entres y salgas cuando te apetezca. Relación calidad-precio insuperable. Enhorabuena 👏.
