Easy 5 star rating for customer care. I will comment mostly on the excellent & kind customer service we received from the staff; Marcia & Daisy. We did not even stay in the property but they went out of their way to help us with our booking issues with the apartment rental(Smart Atocha) across the street. For some reason, our phones failed & cannot complete the online payment process required. They even did the intro for us & then let us use their business phone to try solve the payment problem with Smart Atocha.( which will get a separate review). Briefly, we got the feeling that we were being bounced around by the Atocha staff without really getting any help. Meanwhile, Marcia & Daisy even asked the wife (who was with the luggage on the sidewalk) to come in & use their dining room so we can do lunch. Our luggage eventually got stored in their backroom while I had to rush to Atocha's Callao office in central Madrid to physically complete the check-in process. Despite the language issues, Marcia & Daisy went above & beyond to really help us & we were not even their customers. They're both definitely are great assets to Oxygen Hotel Capsule. Muchisimas Gracias! We also observed how clean & neat the dining room & reception areas are.
