Very nice hotel with helpful desk, location near the airport also near a metro station very easy to move around

The hotel is in a good location if you need to be close to the airport. The room is comfortable and clean. However, during the night I stayed, there were lots of people making noise in the halls and in the hotel. This didn't happen the previous time I booked a room.

The hotel was very clean and well presented. The staff were helpful and polite and the location is excellent, just a 20min walk from T1. However they do operate a free shuttle bus at early / late hours which was extremely helpful.

Staff friendly but one of the first hotels that don’t give any leeway for free late checkout, not even an hour. Extensions from 12pm-4pm is €19. Room was rather hot and aircon spewed heat rather than cool air. Min temp was 19.5 deg C. No shuttles running between 12.30pm-3pm so have to get Uber or call a taxi. Had a bad experience where Uber took more than 30mins and still no arrival. Taxi also took a while to arrive so be prepared.

The room is quite good and very clean. The shuttle service (5 euro/person) provides a big relief because the hotel is located in the area where public transportation is not easy to get. It seems that hotel sound insulation is not sufficient. You can hear people talking, walking in other rooms. Flashing the toilet in other rooms can create huge noise.

Amazing. It’s about 8 minute walk to metro station. Bathrooms very good. Room even had a balcony. Good for airport and reasonable location for city.

They have wonderful service. The location is good for being near the airport but if you want to go anywhere touristy you have to hop on the metro for a few stops so not too bad. The shuttle to the airport was the best made it so easy to get to the airport for my early morning flight. (Pics are a few things I saw in Madrid)

The shuttle makes the difference. The drivers are very helpful and polite.

Clean room, expensive restaurant friendly staff and free shuttle to and from the Airport. However hardly any restaurants in walking distance from the hotel…

Excellent hotel, the room was spacious and clean, location is convenient for a short trip to Madrid and close to the airport, only 10 min by taxi. Totally recommended!!

Close to airport which is what we wanted. Reasonable rate. Lots of eating choices at our stay. Nothing fancy but the location was great.
